"We have to get her out of here! If she is seen with us... I...I don't know what will happen."

"Nothing will happen because we won't be caught!"

I grasped onto Mother's outfit tightly, the blaring alarms ringing in my ears along with my parent's yelling. The stress in the room was heavy, so much in fact that my Nine-year-old self could sense the urgency of the situation.

"Mom... I wanna go home!" I yelled, my high pitched voice scratched from the debris that was scattered around out forms. Dad's shield quirk protecting us from the larger chunks of cement and beams.

Looking up at my mother our tear-stained eyes met before her's redirected themselves to my father, a stern look on her face as the next few words left her pale/dark lips.

"If we make it out of this, we're stopping this. No more crimes. We get real jobs, we start over somewhere new, like Musutafu, across the country! I don't care where we go, we just need to be there for Y/n, I can't stand to know that this is what she grows up around." I watched silently as Dad listened intently to mother, his eyes sad as they stole a glance at my frame.

There was a moment of silence from the three of us, Dad looked back up to my Mother giving a firm nod. "Alright, now come on, this place will be taken down in seco-"

"DAIACHI!" Looking up towards the crumbling ceiling, a large near car-sized beam came hurtling towards us. and before I knew what was happening, I was shoved backward, before my mind went blank.

I furrowed my brow as a set of tiny hands came in contact with my cheeks, squishing them. Opening one eye I came face to face with a pair of squinted E/c eyes, which immediately lit up as I gave the boy a light smile.

"Grandma!" Makito yelled, causing me to realize that the black haired boy was laying on top of me. Groaning slightly I sat up, Makito sliding into my lap as I did so.

"You're super annoying you know that right? I'm trying to sleep," I laughed, rugging my eye slightly. Mikito gave a small pout before sticking his tongue out and blowing a raspberry, my actions soon mimicking his.

"You two will never grow up will you?" Stopping my actions, I turned to the door, Grandma leaning against the frame, her glasses giving off a light shine from the afternoon sun.

Mikito continued to give off a zerbert, the action getting on my nerves as I pinched his tongue giving Grandma a small smile.

"Nope," Shaking her head at the two of us, she reached her hand out, gesturing for Mikito's hand. Letting go of his nasty feeling tongue, I wiped my hand of the hospital gown as Mikito slipped off the hospital bed. Taking hold of Mikito's hand, Grandma pointed to the counter in the small hospital room, two sets of clothes sitting on top.

"I brought you a change of cloaths, and one of your classmates brought you a new gym outfit. I made cookies for you to give him later as a thank you. Now get changed," I sweat dropped at my grandmother as she had given so much information to me at once. Her and my brother's form retreating out the door as it closed behind them.

Reaching for the thin hospital blanket, I noticed the light bandaging on my right arm, the clean look of it telling me it was just freshly changed. Sighing, I lifted the blanket off, walking over to the counter, my attention is immediately captured by the cream-colored note on my new gym uniform.

Gently taking the card in hand, I took note of the curvature on my name that decorated the front. Opening the letter, I read:

'Noticed your Uniform was ruined.

                                                                                  - Todoroki Shoto

                                                                                   (From Class)'

I couldn't help but smile slightly at how much the letter resembled the rather stoic boy. Even though I had barely known him for a day, I found myself rather interested in him. He had this heavy aura to him, like he was hiding something, maybe even multiple things.

Placing the note back on the uniform, I grabbed the jeans Grandma had given me, placing them on under my gown. Buttoning my jeans, a loud sound of the door slamming open startled me, causing me to spin on the heel, my heart pounding out of my chest.

"Hey, Gurl!" The figure yelled, her voice sending me into a deadpanned look.

"Seriously? Don't knock or nothing," I groaned as the short-haired brunette walked up to me. Her cloaths changed out of the thin gown I was currently trying to change out of, to a pair of black legging, a yellow longsleeved shirt, all covered slightly by a pair of booty short overalls.

Gina laughed, quickly changing the subject as she shoved her casted arm into my face.

"You wanna be the second to sign it?" She questioned, causing me to raise an eyebrow.

"Second?"  Gina laughed, turning her arm to her wrist was towards me, the familiar messy handwriting of Mikoto's name staining the once perfectly white wrapping of the cast.

"Yeah, Your brother came to visit me and wanted to sign my cast," She gave a nervous laugh as I opened the marker, taking the cap off with my teeth. Writing my name on Gina's arm, I drew a small smiley face, earning another laugh from Gina.

"Now turn around so I can get a shirt on," Taking the now capped marker, Gina turned around allowing me to switch out my gown for a F/c t-shirt, covering it with a hoodie.

Hearing a small ringing caused me to turn around, Gina holding her phone as she turned off the alarm.

"Sorry, I have to go," She apologized, tucking her phone back into her back pocket.

"Where are you going?" I asked, not recalling her to have said anything the previous day.

"I have a date!" She cheered, her eyes lighting up slightly at the new announcement, "He's super cute! and he seems pretty nice! When he first saw me at the supermarket he told me he reconised me from the entrance exams! And then he said he liked the way I did my hair!" Gina seemed to be super giddy over this dude, causing me to smile.

"Well have fun, if anything comes up you know who to call,"

"Ghost Busters?" Gina asked, a sly smirk on her face as she opened the door.

"No, smartass. Now go have fun!" With a small laugh we parted ways.
