-Y/n's POV-
"Yeah, and then Kami and I kicked the bad guy's butt and finished the game!" Hearing the muffled sound of Mom's response, my eyes flickered up to Mikoto as he sat with my phone pressed against his ear.
A large grin plastered onto his face while he kicked his legs back and forth from his seat at one of the dorm's tables. His notebook spread out in front of him as he continued to color in one of his many support gear drawings.
"He said he was gonna get more games today when Iida and home go grocery shopping," He hummed, reaching to switch out his crayon for another color, "N/n and me go sometimes too, but it wasn't our turn,"
Listening as he tried to explain the dorm chore list to Mom, my attention fell back to the large stack of papers in front of me.
My decision to convince Momo to make copies of all the homework assignments I've missed suddenly becoming a bad idea. The paper from Cementos's modern literature class seemed to be more difficult than I last remembered.
"I'm sure Mr. Aizawa doesn't mind if you're a little behind, Y/n," Ochako explained, watching me from her spot on the other end of the couch. "Some of that stuff was hard to do even in class,"
Rubbing the back of her hair, the girl let out an embarrassed laugh as she remembered how she had struggled to get more than one paper done in time.
Frowning to myself, I reached out to begin flipping through the assignments. Pulling the ones that seemed the shortest and easiest to do out of the pile and off to the side.
"Yeah, but I can at least do some of them," I pushed, brows furrowing only seeing topics I didn't recognize, "I think,"
Seeing as one of my papers was lifted from the pile, Mina looked over before not understanding it herself, "Iida and Momo should be getting back from their internships soon. Ask one of them for help,"
"I can't do that," I cried, taking the paper away from her grasp before looking over it, "I already asked Momo to make all of these for me. I can't do that and then ask for her to help me do them all,"
"Why didn't you just ask Aizawa?" The pinkette questioned, her golden hues looking back to the television set that Kirishima and Sero were watching.
Starring at the two easy papers I had found, I once again looked through the other twenty-four. Hoping I had missed one, "I did. He wouldn't give me them,"
Turning his attention to the three of us, Sero gave me a pointed look, "I heard him basically tell you that all those papers were excused from your grade. Why would you still want to do them if you already got an automatic A?"
"Just cause my grade says I passed doesn't mean I understand this crap. I can't even tell if any of this is even written in Japanese," Looking over a math paper, I could feel my brain already tapping out reading the main subject line, "The hell even is a derivative?"
Turning back to the movie playing, Sero leaned back into the couch, "They're pretty hard,"
Letting out a short laugh, Kirishima grinned, "That's what she said,"
Groaning at the overused joke he's had to endure for the past year, Sero rolled his eyes at the redhead playfully, "Great. Now she's got you saying it. You hang out with Yakatama too much,"
