Chase woke up with a familiar headache, right, he drank a little last night.

Today the renovation will be resumed, of course, like always Sunny already sent an email of his schedule today.

Nakaupo na si Chase sa gilid ng kanyang kama noong tumunog ang kanyang cellphone, inabot niya ito at sinagot ang tawag.

"Yes Brie?", sagot ni Chase sa tawag.

"Good morning kuya, I just want to ask if you got the invitation?," tanong ni Brie sakanya.

"Yes I did, will you be going?", tanong nito sa kapatid.

"I'm not sure, baka sasamahan ko si mommy punta ng Italy," anito.

"Alright then,"

"Okay kuya, I'll go ahead na bye," huling sinabi ni Brie bago patayin ito ang tawag.

Ibinaba naman ni Chase ang telepono ulit sa bed side table noong nakita niya ang ballpen sa tabi ng lampshade.

Right, isasauli niya ito at yayayain si Ara para maging date niya sa Charity ball.

When chase was about to shower naalala niya, this felt like before, when they were still... dating, when they were still in the bet.

Why is this suddenly going back to the way it was before? Bakit parang nauulit lang ang mga pangyayari?

Ara woke up and prepared, like usual.

When's she received a message from her cousin Devon.

From: Devon

Hey Ara! Will you be going to the ball?

Nireplyan niya naman agad ito.

Yep, you?

Di nagtagal ay nagreply agad ang kanyang pinsan.

No, unfortunately, I'll probably not be back in the Philippines for quite some time.

Reply: bakit naman?

I'm busy with handling mom and dad's business here.

Reply: that's a bummer, but tell me if you'll come here

Alright! See you!

Hindi niya na nireplyan ito dahil aalis na si Ara.

She locked her condo at dahil papunta na siya sa location of the renovation.

When she remembered...

Right! Her car was getting repaired!

Nagisip nang mabuti si Ara, nahihiya siyang tawagan si Chase o si Collin, for her car, she was about to book a car when someone called.

"Hello.. Chase?"

"Hey, good morning, need a ride?"

"Yeah, kung puwede sana,"

"Okay, go down from your building already," ani Chase bago patayin ang linya.

Nagulat si Ara sa sinabi nito.

Bumababa na si Ara just like what he said kahit nalilito pa si Ara ng kaunti.

Nakita niyang nakatayo si Chase sa may hood ng kanyang sasakyan, he was wearing faded jeans, and a shirt, but his aura remained the same.

Ara froze where she was standing when she fully realized what's happening.

Chase is here! She didn't even ask him to be here!

"Lets go," anyaya sakanya ni Chase at binuksan ang pinto ng sasakyan para papasukin siya.

She slowly walked towards there and entered his car.

Umikot naman si Chase para pumasok na sa driver's seat.

"I figured you'll struggle to find a ride going to the site so might as well sabay na tayo," ani Chase bago iandar ang sasakyan.

Ara remains speechless.

"Uhm Chase.. may nakita ka bang pen dito na kulay blue?", mahinang tanong ni Ara.

While his one hand was in the steering wheel, his other hand fished something from the pocket of his jeans.

"This one?", tanong ni Chase still facing the road.

Kinuha naman ni Ara agad ito.

"Yes, t-thanks.." nauutal na sagot ni Ara sabay tago ng kanyang ballpen.

"Oh Ara, before I forget, will you be going to charity ball of the Asuncions?", tanong ni Chase sakanya.

"Y-yeah..."

"Can you be my date?", he said halos lumabas ang mga mata ni Ara sa gulat.

Well, she wasn't expecting that.

"H-huh.." ang tanging lumabas sa bibig ni Ara.

Tumawa naman ng marahan si Chase.

"I mean if it's okay with you... Baka naman may date ka..." ani Chase.

How can he say all these things with a straight face and while looking bluntly straight on the road??

"I'm accompanying my dad.." sagot ni Ara.

"That's great, and I can accompany you, if it's okay with you," ani Chase.

"B-bakit? Won't you bring your girlfriend? Or wife?", natawa naman ng malakas si Chase sa sinabi ni Ara.

"What? I'm still a bachelor, Ara! And besides, you're the only girl that came to my life and made me crazy," ani Chase.

Even though he was looking straight he can see Ara on the side looking at the window after what he said.

I made you fall once, there's no way in hell you're not gonna fall again.
