"Omfg!," hiyaw ni Devon, kanyang pinsan sa telepono, ngayon lamang sila nakapagusap ni Ara dahil pareho din silang busy, ikwinento ni Ara lahat ng nangyari sa mala-teleserye nilang buhay ni Chase kay Devon at ngayon lang ito natapos sa pag kwento.
"We're arriving next week! I'm so excited omg," Devon's voice was filled with overwhelming happiness and Ara smiled because of that.
"I can't wait to see you," ani Ara sa pinsan.
"Same here omg I'm so excite to help you prepare for your wedding!," ani Devon.
"I'm excited too! Sasama sa atin si Yra,"
"Yes please! I'm so waiting for a bonding moment with you twins," ani Devon.
Ara's currently waiting for Chase to pick her up after her night shift, it's currently 7am and sabi ni Chase ay paparating na siya.
Sa kalagitnaan ng paguusap nila ay nakita niya na ang sasakyan gamit ni Chase kaya naman tumayo na si Ara sa pagkakaupo upang makita siya nito.
Lumabas naman si Chase sa sasakyan gamit ang puting button down polo na nakabukas ang dalawang butones at ang kanyang gray slacks. Inalis ni Chase ang kanyang shades nang makapasok na ito sa ospital.
He was about to hug Ara when Ara distanced herself.
"I smell like hospital and blood I don't want to ruin your outfit," ani Ara.
Chase let out a chuckle before leaning closer to Ara and proceed to sniff.
"You smell okay, let me hug you," Chase demanded in a playful way.
Natawa naman si Ara at pumayag na sa yakap.
"By the way, Devon's on the phone," ani Ara bago ibalik ang telepono sa tenga.
"Chase is here Dev, I'll go na— huh?... oh sige.. Devon wants to talk to you," ani Ara kay Chase bago iabot ang telepono.
Kahit na mukhang nagtataka ay kinuha ni Chase ang telepono at inilapit ito sa tenga.
"Hello?... yeah... of course.. I won't.. y-yeah," ibinalik agad ni Chase kay Ara ang telepono.
"Alright, I'll go ahead, bye, love you," ani Ara bago patayin ang tawag.
"What did she say? You look terrified," ani Ara na may kaunting tawa sa tono.
"She threatened to kill me if I hurt you again," Chase said.
"Well," ani Ara tsaka itinaas ang kilay.
"I'm sure as hell won't hurt you anymore kahit di pa ako pagbantaan," ani Chase.
"Umagang umaga ah, let's go you'll be late for work," ani Ara.
"Nah, I'm the CEO, I make my own time," ani Chase na para bang bilib na bilib sa sarili.
"Let's go I'm sleepy na," ani Ara.
"In my condo?," tanong ni Chase.
"Alright, I'll cook dinner later when I wake up," ani Ara.
