"Hart is not here, may mission sila somewhere, and Mark is... late," sagot ni Gil.
Umupo na si Chase sa may bakanteng upuan at agad na uminom ng alak.
"Woah there, sawi ka ba bro, lakas mong uminom ngayon ah?" tanong ni Five, at the span of one minute Chase was already filling his glass for the third time.
"I met Ara," anito.
"Bro, we all met her," sagot sakanya ni Five na Parang si gets ang sinabi niya.
"I mean, she's my client, pinaparenovate nila ang office ni... Tito Eduardo," sagot ni Chase bago uminom ng alak na nasa baso niya.
"Tinaggap mo naman?" tanong ni Yam.
"I had no choice, they were Tito Ted's client, I could never say no to Tito Ted, alam niyo naman... after all he did," sagot ni Chase.
"So what's your plan bro?" tanong ni Hermes.
"Keep it professional, I mean, the meeting earlier was pure professional," anito.
"Does she have a husband already? I mean...." tanong ni Collin.
"No, she introduced herself to me with the same last name, so i assume she's not..." sagot ni Chase sa mga kaibigan.
"So yung narinig namin ni Collin sa ospital?" tanong ni Yam, pertaining to that phone call they said that Ara seemed to be talking to her daughter.
"The kid was with us earlier sa meeting, she called Ara 'mommy'"sagot ni Chase sakanila.
"You know, I could investigate on that—" di pinatapos ni Chase ang sasabihin ni Bolt.
"No, she's my client, nothing more, I don't want to be affiliated or to know anything about her personal life, it might ruin the contract, Ara's father is Tito Ted's good friend," ani Chase.
"Ok, if you say so," ani Bolt sabay inom ng alak.
"Teka, asan na ba yang si Mark?" tanong ni Ten.
"I called him earlier sabi niya on the way na siya, and that was... 30 minutes ago," sabi naman ni Five.
"Call him again," Gil said at tinanguan naman siya ni Five sabay pindot sa telepono.

It was almost 8 when Ara saw that her friend Ye called her.

Tinawagan niya agad to.
"Ye? Are you okay? I'm sorry I didn't answer your calls, I was taking care of Winona,"
"I-it's fine..."
"wait, are you drunk?"
"Heavens no! Hahaha! It's fine take care of her! I have company anyways, babye"
Pinatayan agad siya ng telepono, sa tono niya palang, siya was obviously drunk.
