"D-doc Ara.." tawag ng isang nurse kay Ara, ang tono niya'y parang nagaalangan.

"Yes?," she calmly replies, hoping to ease her tension.

"A patient po is specifically asking for you," anang nurse.

Ara then asked who and what floor and it was Theodore.

Since she's just waiting for calls in case that there's a donor for Charm, she decided to go to Theodore.

After the elevator opened she exits and calmed herself because Chase might be there and she's not really in the mood to talk to him.

She knocks and Theodore's personal nurse opened the door.

She smiled at him before entering the room seeing Theodore resting on his bed.

"Hija, I thought you wouldn't come," ani Theodore.

"I'm not busy naman po, kamusta na po ang lagay niyo?," Ara asks.

"I'm for sure getting better hija, but the reason why I called you is because I want to talk to you about something," ani Theodore.

"Ano po iyon?," Ara asks.

"Chase is like my son, and I think you're aware of that already, I met him at his lowest point, it was his second year of college," simula ni Theodore.

Ara's curiosity grew with the start of Theodore's talk, ano kaya ang pinagdaanan ni Chase noon?

"He was blaming himself for the death of his grandparents and the love of his life leaving him, Chase actually tried to drop out, he was losing it," ani Theodore.

"But eventually, I talked him out of it, he shared everything he's been through, including the things with you,"

"Ara, believe me on this one, Chase will never love someone how he loves you right now, but I can't deny his stupid choices in the past, including the revenge? I did everything to talk him out of it, pero sarili niya lang pala ang sasampal sakanya, he can't be mean to you hija, he can't un-love you anymore, he's too deep already," ani Theodore.

Pero nakita ko, narinig ko, noong pumunta ako ng Espanya.

"All I'm asking is not to give Chase a chance but to think if you really love him, because if you do, no one is stopping the both of you, alright?," ani Theodore.

"Chase is a good kid with a pure heart, it's just that sometimes his ways are wrong, remember that being hurt for the right person is worth it, because it will only make you stronger and last longer," Theodore adds.

"O-opo.." medyo nautal si Ara sa kaniyang sagot.

"T-tito, I'll go ahead po," pagpapaalam ni Ara.

"Alright, thank you, hija,"

Chase heard a knock just minutes after arriving to his condo.

"It's open," ani Chase.

Iniluwal ng pinto si Mark.

"I brought back-up," aniya, at nasa likod niya ang mga kaibigan nila, may kami-kaniyang mga hawak.

Pinanood ni Chase kung paano sila pumasok lahat at umupo sa mga upuan.

"Anyare tol?," tanong ni Ten.

Chase then said everything that happened, there are only few people who he trusts, if family members aren't counted, then only the 10 thorns are the people whom he truly trusts.
