I walk to the cafeteria with Alex on my side. The teacher was angry at me because of the absence of my book.

I walk to the centre table and sit down next to Cody and Max, I'm silent and have a blank look on my face. I look ahead of me and see an amused face on Alex's face as he sits down opposite of me.

I can feel Cody's eyes on me and I turn to Max and smile.

"Hey." I say sweetly.

"Hey?" he says but it sounds like a question. His eyebrows furrowed.

"What's up?" I ask and he looks past me and look confused. I know Cody is leaning past me so that Max can see him.

"Nothing much..." he says slowly.

"Good. How is things between you and Livia?" I ask and his eyes snap to mine.

"Great, I was thinking of throwing a party though. You are invited, obviously." he smiles.

"When?" I ask.

"This Friday." he says and I smile.

"I'll be there." I say and his smile widens.

"Am I invited too?" I hear Cody's voice from behind me.

I let out an fake irritated sigh and turn to him with a bored look on my face.

"No one talked to you Cody." I say and he smirks.

"You did. Just now." he states and I roll my eyes.

"Are you two fighting or what? I'm so confused." Max says and I laugh.

"No... We're ourselves again." I say and smile at Cody.

"Yeah just... Ourselves." he shrugs and I see Max look over to the doors where Katy and Raven walks in.

"Oh shit." I hear Max say and I furrow my eyesbrows.

"What?" I ask. By the time he was just about to answer Raven is already next to us. Glaring at me.

"Get off my seat." She spits.

"First come first serve." I say and look her dead in the eyes.

"Well move, you are sitting next to my bae." She says with a smirk.

"Uhm, Raven... We need to talk." Cody says and I turn my gaze to him. He didn't break up with her even when we kissed and made out. So technically... I made him cheat on her.

"Yes baby?" She asks sweetly. Katy is already sat down next to Alex and they are both in a conversation while everyone is minding their own business.

"We... Weren't actually together." he says akwardly.

"Sorry, what?" She asks.

"I never asked you out, you just assumed we were an item... Yet we weren't." he says and I mentally smile.

He didn't cheat.

"Well... I cheated on you." She says as if it is going to make her a better person.

"I know, but again, you didn't cheat... We weren't together."  Cody says and she groans in frustration and strut out the room.

"Now that that is over with." he sighs and look at Max.

"The party?" he asks.

"Right... It's actually like a date for me and Livia but everyone is going to come and have a good time." he says and I smile.

He is so sweet.

"Great, we'll be there." he says and I nod my head with a small smile.

"Definitely." I add and Max smiles brightly.

The rest of the week flew by quickly and uneventfully. Me and Cody cathed up during the week from the time we weren't on speaking terms, he still hasn't decided about his future and I noted that it was a touchy subject so I avoided it.

"You should burn those." I hear Cody's voice and I turn to him.

"What?" I smile and see hkm glaring at the pile of clothes on my bed. More specifically the outfit I wore on the movie date with Sheldon.

"I like that outfit. It's cute." I say and return to my closet again.

"I hate it. I'll buy you other cute things just get rid of those." he walks to me and stand behind me wraping his arms around middle from behind.

"What should I wear?" I ask and lean back into his body.

"I'm wearing black jeans so you can wear white. My shirt is white so you can wear black. We can both wear our white converse and your hair must be loose." he says and places his hear in my neck making goosebumps appear.

"Great idea!" I say and grab a pair of white jeans and a black top. My converse is laying on the ground and I go over to my drawers and pull out some underwear.

"Hurry up." he groans and flop down on my bed. I smile and walk to the bathroom. I quickly change and walk out. I slip on my sneakers and do my make up while talking with Cody who is still on my bed.

The conversation is flowing and before I realise I already did my hair in loose waves and make up and I'm up and walking to the bed.

"Lets go!" I say and climb on top of him and he smirks at me. I sit so that I'm straddling him and his hands find their way to my waist.

"Should we really?" he asks and I smile and lean down.

"Yes." I say and give him a kiss which he immediatly responds to. I pull back before things go to far and get off him and he sits up.

I take my phone and smile at him.

"Up for a selfie?" I ask and he sighs.

"Do I have a choice?" he asks and I shake my head and open my camera app.

I hold up the phone and he comes up behind me and wraps his arms around my waist. His front pressed against my back. He rests his chin on my shoulder and I smile into the camera while he smirks.

"That is so cute." I smile and he stays in the same position.

"Take another then." he says taking my by surprise.

I aim the phone again but he removes his one hand from my waist amd just as I'm about to capture the picture his free hand moves my head to his side and he places his lips on mine. I hear the camera sound and and smile against his lips.

He pulls away and smirk.

"You better send those. One is my lock screen screen saver and the other one my profile picture for every single account I have." he smiles and I laugh.

"Okay. Lets get going before we're late." I smile and drag him to his car.
