"Alright guys. She will be at her locker with Liam. Cody walk past and grab Liam's attention. He walks away, you go and follow the plan." I say and they nod. I stand at the entrance of the school and watch as both of them walk with pride. Cody is walking in front of Max.

Cody talkes with Liam and Liam nods and walks with Cody. He glances at me and gives me a thumbs up. I return the gesture and look back at Max.

He walks over to where Livia is standing and he leans against the lockers next to her. She peeks at him and smiles.

I see his mouth moving and her smiling.

Max gets a grin on his face and walks towards me. Cody joins me from behind and I smile in excitement.

"What did she say?" I ask.

"She said that she already has a French tutor... but she offered to help me in maths." he says and my brows furrow and I look at Cody. He has the same expression.

"But you're the best student in the math class." Cody says.

"She doesn't know that. Plus I'll get to spend time with her and I don't even have to learn stuff. That means I can stare at her and don't need to pay attention to actual work." he says and takes a hold of Cody's wrist, which is hanging numbly by his side, Max then holds up Cody's hand and gives the hand a high five.

"Thanks Shannon." he gives me a hug and I stand there shell shocked. Cody drops his hand back to his side.

Max walks away and I turn to Cody.

"What... Just..."

"Happened?" he finishes my sentence.

The bell rings and I snap out of my shocked state.

"Well, we can't go with him to her house or where they are meeting up so... What now?" I ask and loom at Cody.

"We can... Spy on them?" he says but it sounds like a question.

"Great idea!" I say loudly and we begin walking to class.

«...»

"So... We need to discuss the next phase of our plan miss Shannon... last name unknown." Cody smiles and I nod my head and stand up from the full centre table.

"Let's head to the library." I say and turn but stop in my tracks.

"Oh, Cody!" Raven shouts and run to him from the door. Wow. She is really weird. She looks like a bird trying to run in high heels.

"What Raven?" he asks looking annoyed.

"Let's go to the janitors closet please. I left my school bag in there and can't reach the light swich. You can help me." She smiles and push herself up against him. I mentally gag.

Desperate much?

"Sorry. I'm busy. Go ask someone else." He waves her off while he is looking at me during the whole interaction. We begin walking leaving her behind.

We reach the library and like always it's really quiet and nobody is here except two or three nerds.

I go to a empty table and Cody follows my actions by pulling out a chair for me. I sit down and he smiles and sit down next to me.

"So. Let's begin." he says and I smile. He looks so eager.

"You said we could spy on them, that will work we just need to stay in contact with Max." I say.

"We can communicate with messages on our phones." he says and I nod.

"He needs to do it secretly then she hates when people are on their phones when talking to her." I add.

"Okay. We need to find out when they are studying." he says with a thoughtfull face.

"Ask him now." I say and he types on his phone. The device vibrates and he smiles.

"Tonight, 7 pm at her house." he reads and I smirk.

"Great. They don't have security cameras outside so we can look through the window of their study room." I say and plan out where we will stand in my head.

"Great. We can go home after practise and change, I'll pick you up from your house and we'll go together." he smiles at his plan.

"Great." I give him a high five and get up when the bell rings.

The rest of the day went by fast and I was on my way to practise, already dressed, when Alex ran up to me from behind.

"Hey." I greet.

"Hey... Where were you at break?" he raises an eyebrow.

"In the library..." I reply.

"With whom?" he asks and smirk.

"The library Lady." I say and smile.

"And...?" he asks.

"My shadow." I answer smartly.

"And...?" he pushes.

"My schoolba-" I start but he groans.

"I knew you were with Cody!" he says.

"Oh, Yeah... Him too." I say and he smirks and shakes his head.

"You and him huh?" he nudges my shoulder and I roll my eyes.

"Nah." I reply simply. I'm not going to lie, Cody is hot. He is really good looking and has a killer smile. He is a total gentleman and has amazing manners. He has a unique sense of humor and can light up your day in a instant. He can come off to be scary but you just have to stay on his good side. His personality is great and the fact that he plays sport makes him a hundred times more attractive but I don't have feelings towards him.

We are just friends.

I don't actually feel confident about that answer. I feel like I'm lying to myself.

There is no feelings towards him.

Nope. It just feels wrong. Maybe I have a small amount of feelings for him? I don't know.

I'm confused, I blame hormones.

"Whatever you say Sil." Alex pats my back and run into the direction of the group of athletes standing in the middle of the field.

I scan through the crowd and see Max talking to Alex but as soon as Max steps away from the space he just stood I struggle to catch my breath and my mouth runs dry.

Fuck.

Cody, he is standing there. Shirtless, might I add. His yummy abs on display, his hair messy and his eyes looking in my direction.

I realise I'm checking him out and blush but run over to the group.

I'm dressed in my sport clothes. A sports bra with a loose top over it and my tights that comes to mid thigh. Some joggers on my feet and my hair in two French braids on my head.

"You're blushing Sil." Alex whispers and chuckles.

I scowl and hit his arm with my fist. He pouts and rubs the spot.

"I already warmed up, that's why my cheeks are red. I'm not blushing... At all. Why on earth would I blush at practise. You my dear nephew, are stupid." ramble and hear the group of guys laugh.

Someone give me mercy.
