You're from a different country and country you want to go to or is your favorite and that's the accent you have, I hope that made sense.
Y/F/C = your favorite country
Ben
I was currently in a cafe after getting back from a interview. I sat by the window reading the paper they gave me and playing the crossword game while occasionally looking out the window. As I took a sip of my drink, I heard the bell at the top of the entrance door ring. Out of instinct I look up away from my game and see who it was.
A girl walks in taking a look around the small relaxed place and goes up to the register. They boy gives her the drink she order smiling at her as she returns one back and going in the corner of the cafe and sitting down.
I put my pen down and grab my phone off the table I was once sitting at and go over to her. I sits up straight not expecting my presence.
"Hi" I say with a smile hoping to relax her. She gives me a wave. She's very quiet and very beautiful.
"What's your name?"
She gulps down her sip of tea and sets it down. "Y/n" she says. She had a strong accent so I knew she wasn't from here."I'm Ben. Nice to meet you. Your accent is pretty strong, where are you from" I say using my hands to signal what I'm talking about. Now that I knew she wasn't from here, I thought she wouldn't understand a word i was saying.
"Y/f/c" she answers. I widen my eyes. She came far.
"That's far away. I've always wanted to visit there. Why did you come here?"
I was still using my hands and she smiles at me."I come to America to.."She starts to flip through her book that was beside her."visit my family" she finishes her sentence. She was so adorable it killed me.
"You have different voice from others" she tells me.
"I'm from England. Do you know where that is?"
She nodded her head. We stayed at the cafe until it closed. She also told I could stop using my hands and that she did understand English.
"Hey sweethearts, it closing time" a middle aged woman smiled at us while wiping off the counters. I stand up and offer my hand out to y/n. She grabs it holding her things in her other hand."Do you have a car, you've rented"
I opened the door for her and she turned her body to me and started to speak. "I use oober, oover?"
It was cute hearing her try to say Uber."Uber" she gave me a small yeah with a chuckle.
"I can gladly take you where you staying. If you want me to" I offer since I don't know she was staying at a hotel of with her family.
"You take me to my hotel, please"
I gave her a nod and led her to my car. As she pointed where to go, I'll take glances at her once in while. She was perfect. Her hair was beautiful. Her face structure looked like it was sculpted by a goddess.
She was telling a story the best she could in English and she would try her best to explain what she meant. I knew what she meant the whole time but I didn't tell her because I loved her voice. I knew this was a love at first sight happening to me.I pull up to the hotel she was staying in. It was fancy from the way it looked outside. "I will see you later?" She asked. Usually when people say that they already planned to see one another again but she was asking thinking that I'll never talk to her again.
"Yeah, and I was thinking tomorrow I take you out to dinner and show you around town maybe?"
"Yes, I would love that" she smiles and starts playing with her fingers. I gave her my number and told her bye. I let out a breath I didn't know I holding. I pick up my phone and went to my contacts.
"Mom! I think I just experienced love at first sight. She's absolutely beautiful. And get this she's from y/f/c. You've know since forever I've always wanted to go there—" the rest of the car ride to my house I ranted to her about y/n.
When I got home I laid in my bed and looked up at the ceiling. "How can someone be so beautiful?"
