Part 3 of "Don't Worry"

And here we are now. Today was her birthday so I had storm pick out a dress for her. She dressed her in a nice blue dress, curled her hair and added a little bit of makeup on her face.

"Today is mommy's birthday!!" My little exclaimed as she skipped into the room. I smile and pick her up tickling her stomach. Her laugh filled my ear. It reminded me so much of y/n. I stopped when I heard a knock at the front door. I went to it and opens it to find Elizabeth and Erik.

"Hey guys" I greeted. "Hey, and hey there precious" Liz went straight for y/d/n and took her to the couch.

"How do you feel about today?" Erik asked walking to the kitchen with me. He poured a cup of wine. "I'm fine" I have a short answer but really I was nervous. Every year for her birthday we would wait and see if she'll wake up or not. This is the 3rd year, it failed twice already.

"I can tell you're nervous but I have a good feeling about this one. It's always the big 3"

{time skip}

We waited for her to wake up that day but she didn't just like the last two years. I was starting to believe that Dr. Strange told me to leave her here as a reminder of what I did but he doesn't seem like the type of person to do that.

I was asleep in my bed when I heard a loud thump from downstairs. I look at the clock. It read 3:30 am.  I sat up in bed maybe thinking y/d/n woke up again and was in her play room. I got out of bed and went to her room but I saw her sleeping peacefully. I went downstairs and looked around. Everything seems to look normal. I went to the room where y/n was. I scanned the area and saw one of the books from the bookshelf was on the floor. I picked it up and turn around.

Her body looked lifeless but in a fresh way. I watched her from head to toe from afar. Maybe I was seeing things but her feet and legs were starting to look normal again. Maybe it was the dim light shining above her giving that effect. I sat down in the chair and put my hands in my hair.

"Why am I doing this to myself?" I mumbled. I look back up and see somethings different about her. Her chest. It laid flat as ever but now it was up?

I stand out of the chair and walk over to her slowly. Starting from the bottom with her feet, her skin started to go back to the way it was before and made its way up to her arms and face. Her hallow cheeks started to be full again showing the blush that was applied just her today. Her dead hair started to become fuller and more volume changing its color a little on the way. Then all of it stopped as I stood and waited. Her body looked like there was life in it. She looked so healthy it was surreal to see this happen.

I started at her seeing if something was going to happen. And it did.

Her eyes shot open showing bright yellow ones. My mouth was agape. The corner of my lips tugged upwards into a smile. "Hey there princess"
