It was estimated that around 900 people died that day. Everyone was shocked. The new rising conflict was made more apparent.
I spent my days in solitude at home to lament over what happened. Koy followed my example. Marie followed our example. We were all horrified and yet, somehow emotionless.
There were many more parents, children, and general civilians who had their lives altered like me and Koy.
The event was remembered and archived to be known as the second most horrific event in all of inkopolis.
This event was later known by a very historic name as the years went on. This event was known as: the great Octo Rising!

A/N: I am so sorry if this was too much for you. This entire arc was my entire reason to really get hyped for this book, and I loved how it turned out.
Anyway guys, I will publish the next 10-15 chapters we have left of this story soon later on so... yeah. But for real though, I have something to say:
When I first started wattpad I always struggled for readers, and to see my story getting like 400 VOTES, makes me so happy since we're almost halfway to 1K. I cherish all my readers, and despite not interacting with all of them (there are some silent ones out there 😅) Just know, I'm so happy your reading this book.
If any of you decide to go to my earlier chapters, you may notice that my writing style has changed, which means I've grown on wattpad. I'm so happy that you guys existed to read my stories.
