Um, I wanted to ask your guys something quite personal and deep. Probably everyone has had a time when they were feeling at their lowest. What did you do to feel better?
I really hoped that when the exams are over and most of the stress goes away I will start feeling much better, I am feeling a little bit better but at the same time I feel really really low and weak. I don't feel confident and I have certain days when I just hate myself. Like today. I feel like I am a constant trouble, I never have a day when I feel perfectly fine . There is always something.
My health is disappointing me and I am struggling a lot mentally because of it.
