I rarely write here anymore but I couldn't miss the chance to say some words about the boy who brought me here.
I really cannot imagine what my life would be like now if I hadn't discovered who Shawn was. He has brought so much love and light into my life. Introduced me to some of the most amazing people, quite a few of whom have become some of my closest friends. He has taught me about anxiety and mental health in general. Introduced me to new hobbies. Inspired me to learn how to play more musical instruments and to practice my singing more. Just completely changed my world.
I can spend hours watching his interviews, listening to him talk about literally anything, and it always makes me smile because you can see how mature he is and how much love and effort he puts into everything he does.
The amount of hate which has been swirling around him for the past year is something that really really upsets me. I don't understand why people have to be so mean and cruel for no reason. But all of this has actually made me want to support him and show my love to him even more. I am so proud to call him my idol and someone I look up to in many ways. And I am not afraid or embarrassed to say it.
So, to finish this off, I just what to say happy birthday rockstar. Thank you for everything you do for me and for so many other people. I love and adore you to pieces.
