A little catching up

I think it's been over a week since I have written anything on here and the main reason is uni, of course, but also, I haven't been feeling my best, so I had no motivation to sit down and write.

The funny thing is that I have never liked writing before. I could never put my emotions down properly and exactly express what and how  I feel(I still can't😂). I still believe that I am not really good at it but the main reason why I do it, is because I find that sharing your feelings or writing down what is bothering you, can help with taking some of this pressure off your shoulders. I sometimes think I over share or am too vulnerable. But if I feel this way, why do I need to hide it?

I am also kind of hoping to encourage some people to be more open and honest about the things they are going through. Because if you talk about it, you release some of this stress and worry you carry with you on a daily basis. And it can be so incredibly helpful to get rid of it a little bit.

I have been working on my health a lot lately. I am making some big changes in how I am treating my allergy and other issues I have. Yesterday was a horrible day for me. I had really bad allergies which caused me to almost have a panic attack because I was so scared that I might not get home without calling an ambulance.

What I kind of want to say with this is: take care of your health. You have one body for the rest of your life. Don't do stupid things or try something dangerous just because you want to "see what it feels like". I am telling you this as a person who has many different health issues, and I'd do anything right now to feel good and healthy. So please, be careful.

Another thing, be kind to people. Love them, care for them. If you see that someone feels sad, cheer them up. It's so easy, but so meaningful.

I don't know how often I'll be writing on here because uni is absolutely crazy right now. But  I'll try my best to post interesting things...hopefully...
