The door flinched and I let my mouth fall wide open. It was like a dream... and I didn't know if I has awake no more
I wanted to say the words, reach for him but... what if he vanished? What if my voice only reached a illusion of my mind and my heart. A tear fell now my face and I whispered:
" Is that you, Norman!?"
He soften his face: a mix of happiness and sorrow that flinched all his facial expressions. His eyes stared at mine * I knew this feeling*

Oh moon... thanks for bring him back to me. Once again I hear my name said by the voice I desperately looked out for everywhere, in every flower, in every corner
We run toward each other, without thinking. My legs always run for you and my arms don't hesitate. I smile while watching you colliding with me * I wonder if you can take me without falling*
" Emma, I'm so glad you're ok! Aw... I wanted to see for so long!"
" Are you really Norman? Aren't you a clone or something?"
" That is rather funny! No... I'm not"
" How can I bealive you? If you were really a clone you would say that!"
" Well all right then...just wait a little"
I watched Norman walked towards his desk, as he touched a drawer that I couldn't see and unlocked it. He raised his hands and I stared at him intensely:
" Do you remember these? I kept them with me when I left"
" Norman... NORMAN! "
I couldn't stop crying, and Norman welcomed my tears in his arms. Without a single word, a world I dreamed countless times was right in front of me...and he was so warm, he was alive and he has still the same, so gentle, so peaceful of mind
" I can't bealive you tought I was a clone Emma!?" Norman said as I cleaned up my face
" Yeah... sorry about that"
" How about everyone else? Are they fine?"
"Yeah! We escaped successfully thanks to you, and now we have a huge family! " Norman held my hand and smiled:
" That's wonderful! I'm so glad"
" Yeah me too...you helped us a lot"
My happiness was beyond what my heart could feel. Still, I glimpsed down at the two old plastic cups Norman was holding, united by a stretch. I took one and gave Norman another. He look surprised but he put the other cup next to his ear and closed his eyes. I whispered and blushed a little:
Our pass has on them...wouldn't you agree? Wemay be tall but we're still little kids, right Norman?

" Can you still hear me Norman?"
" I've always listen to you all this time Em- "
" MAN I'M DONE WAITING SCREW IT"
Norman and I got so scared we almost had an heart attack. Ray just happen to wide open the door in one of his "rage attacks" Gilda and Don were trying to hold him without success. Still, when Ray looked at Norman he stooped:
" Is that you Norman?" Ray's voice was full of emotion. Everyone looked at him and gasped:
"Norman?" When everyone looked at him, Norman moved his head on a emotional "Yes"
Ray walked towards him and I wonder that he was thinking.He looked at Norman and put a hand on his shoulder:
" How did you get so tall out of nowhere you stupid Norman!? THE HELL!?"
Norman started laughing...I smile at Ray as I noticed his expression soften. I couldn't bealive when I say Norman hit the floor due to the huge slap Ray gave him on the right cheek:
" Why did you do that Ray?"
" Cuz he was the damn William Minerva and no one told me GOD DAMN IT" - Hayato wasn't understanding a thing
" You know Boss?"
" YEAH WE DO HE'S A FREAKING LIAR"
" WAIT? Is that Norman?"
Everyone couldn't be more confused. Still, when Norman got up with my help and everyone say his face, they all came runing to hug him after a long time:
" NORMAN! " - An avalanche of kids fell on top on Norman and he huged all of them with his long arms. Even Nigel, Gillian and Hayato were starting to be moved by all those kids crying around Norman * we could no longer see Norman at all *
Still, I noticed that Shelly wouldn't let go of Norman's neck. By noticing this, he took a look at her face and entwined his fingers on her hand:
" You're Shelly aren't you!? Look how much you've grown since last time"
" You're big now too...I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!"

Norman huged Shelly with all his strength and pat her on her ginger hair. It may have been my impression, but he too has crying: a tear of a gratitude for being alive, a tear for the blessing that it was to live
It was a miracle, the one I prayed to every night, the reason I kept going. So, you've been listening to me all his time? After all your light captivates all hearts, Norman. I tought I heard you whisper " I live for this" well...me too
" Well...I'm so glad to see all of you again my friends, but I bet your really hungry! How about a super special dinner?"
" HURAY! FOOD!"
At the suggestion of a proper meal every followed Hayato to the dinning room leaving Ray, me and Norman alone in his room. Norman was still recovering from having so many kids on top of him, and I gave him my hand: Ray was holding his scarf:
" So Ray, after all you came... Isn't this a cool sight?"
" Yeah... I give up...you're always right...you two"
"Even me?"
" Yeah...I love you idiots" - Ray said as he huged us both. It felt so familiar.... like when Norman huged us in his last farewell.
Still, we meet again... our path always leads to one another: I wonder if the destiny tied us together... In this hug there are two longing hearts, overwhelming with the love of a dear friend, a shirt full of pure tears, and hands that will never let you go
