Chapter 2: Encounter
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Crap! I'm gonna be late!" a boy shouted.
He has messy black hair, ruby-red eyes, and fair skin. He wore a bright yellow scarf wrapped around his neck, an orange jacket with a red t-shirt underneath it, black fingerless gloves, black jeans, and a pair of red sneakers tied loosely.
"Blaise, please hurry and eat your breakfast." a woman spoke.
The woman had straight dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and peach skin. She wore a magenta long sleeve, a short purple skirt to her knees, a white apron on, and a pair of white socks to her ankles.
"Sorry mom!" the boy, Blaise, shouted.
Blaise sat on a brown chair and began eating his breakfast, which was a simple cereal. Continuing to chew his breakfast quickly, a man who sat next to him pulled down his newspaper.
"Blaise, please eat properly. I don't want you choking from eating too fast." the man said.
The man had curly orange hair, chocolate brown eyes, and fair skin. He wore a black suit with a pair of dark brown leather shoes.
Blaise, ignoring the man's words, continued eating his cereal at a fast pace. A few seconds later, Blaise placed his bowl down and got up.
"Tha-"
Cough! Cough!
Blaise held his hands onto his throat as he coughed violently. A boy with orange curly hair ran up to Blaise and patted Blaise on his back.
"You really need to listen to father sometimes, Blaise." the boy said.
The boy had gentle hazel eyes, peach skin, and soft curly orange hair. He wore a green shirt that had the words 'Glasses' with broken shards of glass, a blue jacket, beige pants, black sneakers, and a pair of regular black glasses.
"Don't worry about me. Let's get to school before we're late!" Blaise shouted.
Blaise ran towards the door as he put on his shoes. The curly orange-haired boy followed from behind calmly.
Facing his parents, he said, "Bye mom, dad."
"Have a good day, honey." the boy's mother replied.
"Watch over Blaise." the boy's father said.
The curly-orange haired boy nodded with a smile and closed the door. Blaise was jumping up and down as he grabbed onto the boy's shoulder.
"Hurry!" Blaise yelled.
The boy looked at Blaise with a blank expression and replied, "We would if you can take your hands off of my shoulder and start walking to school."
Blaise grabbed the boy's hand and began running to school. The boy's face was full of fear as he flew in the air with Blaise holding onto his hand while running.
"B-Blaise!!" the boy cried.
"Yeah, Fred!?" Blaise replied.
"Please put me down! I have feet too you know!" the boy, Fred, whose name was actually Frederick, yelled.
Blaise didn't reply as he continued running before stopping in three minutes. In just three minutes, Blaise panted for air before running into the school, dragging Frederick along with him.
"Just in time!" Blaise yelled.
Blaise then collapsed, panting for air. Frederick sighed and kneeled down to Blaise.
