She announced herself and I saw the male spirit freeze in fear.
"So, how shall we continue this tonight?"
"Release my soul."
"Hm...." She trailed off and pretended to be considering what he said but then she said, "I'll pass, you're not worth the extra air. You've been living on borrowed time anyways."
"I have not been living on borrowed time! I will have you know, that I am an achieved Skullian!"
"Sure you are. Hey Stes, should I send him to the spirit realm or straight to his judgement day?"
How do I answer? On one hand, sending him to the spirit realm would mean he has the chance to return and cause more havoc. Plus, he would also get the chance to become a guardian spirit. On the opposite hand though, if he gets sent to Heaven or Hell then I never have to see him again but he never gets the chance to save anyone else.
"What's your decision, Stes?"
"Please! Kill me now!"
"I guess he's made his choice. Send him to Hell, not even judgement. If he doesn't want the chance to save another person then he doesn't deserve to live in Heaven."
"You heard the women. Hell it is!" Shadow sounded so happy when she finished her sentence. She must've hated him.
"Wait! That's not what I meant!" He yelled.
"And no one cares!" Shadow yelled back. His body was engulfed in flames and his screeches filled my head.
"Well, that was nice Kilie." Saycher said happily.
"What is your problem?" I asked her with wide eyes and a confused expression.
"What do you mean? My master just killed someone. Whatever she does is considered perfect in my eyes." She gave me a look of confusion.
"Okay, well, ladies, let's get back to what we were doing." Shadow said after she returned to her fleshly form.
"What were we doing?" I asked.
"Saycher, I command you to make me a sandwich." All of a sudden everything Shadow said popped into Saycher's hands.
"What are you?" I asked.
"I'm a Stragler."
"A what?" Shadow and I were both confused.
"Basically I can do whatever is asked of me with little effort. Shadow, I also serve under Magnem." When she said that Shadow's eyes darkened with fury.
"You aren't possessing anyone? You just are granted the ability to turn human?"
"Yes, since I have not been banished, I am capable of whatever I have to do. If I need to be human, then I'll be human. If I need to be an animal, then I'll become an animal. As I said previously, whatever I need to be, I'll become." Saycher explained.
"Wow..."
"Yeah, that's a lot to take in." I said.
"Oh no, not that, this sandwich is amazing." Shadow said whilst taking another bite.
"When did you get the sandwich?!" I asked worriedly.
"I gave it to her whenever you weren't paying attention. Being a demon and all, I can stop time and move wherever I need to. You stopped looking at me and I stopped time, delivered the sandwich, and returned to my original area."
"That's pretty cool." I said.
"I thought you would agree. Now, Shadow, I have some things to ask you."
"What is it?"
"Where have you been for the past few months?!"
"That's a long story."
"And I've got time!" I yelled and we went back to my room.
