So I told Warrent the whole story. I assume she didn't know what to say because words weren't coming out of her mouth. After explaining the whole story to her there was a long awkward silence before she said.
"I have to meet her," She said with determination in her voice.
"I want to see her, I want to meet her, I want to know everything!" She said while standing up and taking her coat and keys.
"Okay, have fun sis!" I commented sarcastically.
But as soon as I tried to walk upstairs, she dragged me out of the house. I gave up and gave her the directions to Tyler's house when we arrived, I could see Joey's car parked just outside his house. She's probably there too I thought, what a relief. Both of us stood outside of Tyler's house, I looked at my sister trying to figure out if she really wanted to face mom right now but she just pressed both of her lips together and huffed through her nose. She then knocks on the door.
"Mum I'm getting it don't worry," As we both heard Tyler's voice from inside.
"Hey oh..Warrent, babe what you doing here?" Warrent just push Tyler aside and walk in like it was her house.
"Tyler I'm not your girlfriend anymore, get over it already. We come out from the same vagina," I cringed.
"But we aren't blood-related," he said.
I just pushed him aside just like Warrent did and to my luck, Joey was there, what a lifesaver! Just a distraction I need.
"Hey, how have you been? Are you feeling better does your head still hurts?" Joey asked
"Yeah I'm fine, thank you for the gifts, it was sweet of you," I said.
"Yeah I mean, I couldn't leave you lying out there in the middle of the hallway right?" she said giving a cheeky smile.
"Anyways what happened with you and Tyler?" she asked.
"We broke up," I said. Not wanting to think about it.
"And you are happy about it?" She asked.
"No but I don't think it was working out and like he's my stepbrother!"
"What about you with Stephany? I heard things about the both of you," I said
"What, Stephany?" She chuckled.
"Yeah yeah yeah funny huh?" I said folding my arms to my chest.
"Haha...Wait are you jealous?" I sat there dumbfoundedly.
Was i jealous?
"Me? Nahhh...no...what are you talking about! pshh nah!" I said awkwardly.
"Oh...really look me in the eyes and say you're not jealous," she pulled my chin.
When we were both looking at each other, it felt different. Just the two of us, her eyes, her nose and her lips it was very irresistible. She's too pretty not to stare at.
