Chapter 18: A Brother's Intuition
(A.K.A. Shadow does have a heart!)
Sol Emerald Alter, Sol Dimension
Blaze was finishing up her inspection of the Sol Emeralds while Shadow was in deep thought.
"Shadow, what is troubling you?" Blaze asked.
"I have a feeling that something's not right back on Mobius."
"Like how?"
"As in I feel Amy in distress. Dare I say, brother intuition." Shadow answered.
"Well, let's head back then. Everything is ok here." Blaze said. "You care for her, don't you?"
"She reminds me of Maria. I see part of her in Amy. Maria and Professor Gerald were my only family. Amy's like a sister to me, I consider Faker my, ugh, brother-in-law, I have a niece, and on top of that, I have you." Shadow explained.
Blaze slightly blushed at Shadow's last statement.
"I'm grateful to have you too, Shadow." Blaze pecked Shadow's lips. "I love you."
"I love you, too, Blaze." Shadow answered.
"Let's head back and try to find Amy." Blaze said as she made a portal back to Sonic's world.
