My eyes flutter shut as I feel his lips collide against mine. A heatwave shoots through my body, as the pit of my stomach erupts with what feels like fireworks. I feel him wrap his arms around my waist, as my fingers tangle into his soft hair. I don't know what's got into me, I never felt this way before. I want more of him. He pulls me closer into him, so there's no space between us. Which makes me now on his lap, with my legs wrapped around him.

"Chlo." I hear him say against my neck, as he leaves kisses. "Chlo, your phone ringing." He tells me. Wait, Conor never calls me Chlo. That's when it clicked I was making out with Liam, my eyes shot open as I tried to catch my breath.

Relief washes over me when I realize it was all just a dream. "Chlo, your phone." I hear his voice again. I looked over to where it was coming from, just to see Luke sitting on Ava's bed. Ignoring the millions of questions going through my head. I picked up my phone just to see Conor's name, which causes a sick feeling in my stomach.

"Hey," I say nervously into the phone after I answer it.

"Hey beautiful," Conor said on the other side. I hear shuffling coming from his end. "Did I wake you?" He asks me.

"Um, yeah but it's fine. If you didn't I would have overslept." I tell him as I looked over at my clock just to see it say 9 am. Why is Luke in my room this early in the morning? "Why are you calling so early?" I ask as I rub my eyes.

"My father woke me up, wanting to know if you were going on the trip this weekend." He tells me.

I nibble on my lip, still clueless about my decisions. "I'm sorry Conor, I can't. I have to go see my mom this weekend." I tell him. I just don't feel right going off somewhere on the one day that hurts my mom.

"Can't you just see her after we come back? I would love to go there with you." I shuffle on my bed becoming anxious at the thought of him coming with me, to my nightmare of a town.

"I can't do it another weekend," I say to him.

"Chloe, I'm sure your mom would be okay with you rescheduling." He tells me in an annoyed tone.

"Conor, I know you want me to go with you on this trip but I seriously can't," I told him in a serious tone.

"Okay." He tells me softly. "Are we good after last night?" He asks me after a short pause.

    "Yeah, we're good," I answer.

"Okay, good. I'll let you go since I know you have a class. Bye Chloe." He tells me. Guilt filling me knowing that I lied to him about having an early morning.

"Bye Conor," I responded before hanging up. I set my phone in my lap, fiddling with it having no clue what I'm going to do. Conor thinks I have classes today when actually today my free day. I could leave to my mother's today since I was planning to drive down there tomorrow.

"He doesn't know, does he?" Liam breaks me from my thoughts. I forgot he was here.

"No, he doesn't," I answer. "Why are you here?" I look up at him, just to see him already looking in my direction.

"Ava took my car keys last night, so I couldn't drive around drunk. I walked over so I can get them back since I need to drive to work." He answered. "You know that there still a way to see your father's grave and go on the trip." He tells me as he gets off the bed.

"How?" I raise my brow at him, as he walks over to me.

He sits down next to me on my bed, "We head to your mom's today. Do what you guys need to do tomorrow, leave out to meet up with everyone Sunday." He tells me as I feel him look at me.

"What you mean we?" I question him, while I look up at him.

"I'm gonna drive you." He states like it was obvious.

"I don't think that's a good idea," I tell him, getting anxious again.

"And why do you say that?" He curiously asks.

"Well um for starters you have to work today." I point out the biggest clue.

"Yeah, that just means we leave out after I get off." He tells me.

"Liam, I just don't think it's a good idea," I say softly as I look down at my lap. Why do I have a feeling that no matter what I say, he still gonna force himself on this trip?

"Is there a reason you're against me going with you?" He asks me.

I stay silent because I know I can't think of anything to tell him, just to make him not go. I seriously don't want him to go because he'll discover my nightmare. "Chlo, I'm going with you. You don't have a vehicle, so you're going to need someone to take you. I'm not letting you take a bus." Liam tells me.

"Why do you want to go with me?" I ask him quietly.

Liam doesn't say anything, he stands up and walks over to Ava's side of the room. "Liam," I say as I watch him picks something up from Ava's nightstand.

"I'm going to work, just be ready when I get back." He tells me before walking out the door. All I do is fall back onto my mattress. Why does he want to go with me?
