"We are not listening to this," Liam grumbles while trying to snatch his phone out of my hand.
"You told me I could listen to whatever song I want," I laughed, keeping the phone out of his reach.
"That didn't mean playing this crappy Justin Timberlake boyband."
I ignored his comment, turned the volume, and started singing along. "I'm doing this tonight, you're probably gonna start a fight, I know this can't be right."
"Chloooo," Liam whines out but I can tell he wants to laugh.
"Hey baby come on, I loved you endlessly, when you weren't there for me, so now it's time to leave and make it alone." Liam shakes his head and finally stops holding back his laugh. "I know that I can't take no more, it ain't no lie, I want to see you out that door, baby bye bye bye," I sang while doing the hand movement.
I stopped singing and bit my lower lip, now it's my turn to hold back a laugh. "Don't want to be a fool for you, just another player in your game for two, you may hate me but it ain't no lie," Liam songs and looks over at me with the most genuine smile on his face.
"Baby bye bye bye, bye bye," We both sing and the hand motions.
We continue jamming to Nycnc all the way to the school parking lot. Liam pulls right in front of the building mine and Ava's dorm is located. We were both laughing so hard, tears building up in our eyes. Liam unbuckles his seat, exits the vehicle to come to my side and opens up my door for me.
I take his hand after I undid my seatbelt, he helps me out but doesn't let go of my hand. Liam's eyes were glued to mine dancing with a gleam. The locked door behind them is missing. His fingers lace themselves between mine, while his free one caresses my cheek. Making my body temperature rise. My eyes glance down to his lips, watching his tongue slide across them. Something in me pulls me closer to him, there was barely any space between us.
My heartbeat is pounding faster and I can feel him breathing. His thumb runs under my chin making me look up at him but before I knew what was happening. His lips connected to mine, my body froze and my eyes went wide.
What am I supposed to do? I never kissed anyone before. His soft lips start to move slowly against mine. I begin copying what he does, hoping that I'm not doing horribly. My body takes control, releasing my hand from his so I can wrap my arms around his neck to pull him closer.
I'm filled with electricity, this kiss makes me feel more alive than I have ever been. I can't help but smile as my lips dance with his. Liam's hands found their way to my hips, running his thumbs along the skin showing due to my sweatshirt rising up. He finally removes his lips from mine, resting his head against my forehead.
We both are breathing heavily, my eyes flutter open just to see Liam already looking at me. "I've been wanting to do that since the day I met you," Liam finally admits to me. I bite my lower lip lowering eyes, my cheeks heating up from what just occurred. Liam removes one of his hands from my hip to release my bottom lip. "Go on a date with me tomorrow afternoon."
"W-What?" I look back up at him.
Liam chuckles under his breath, "Tomorrow afternoon, go on a date with me."
"I-I work tomorrow afternoon," I told him.
"What time do you get off?"
"Four."
"I'll pick you up right at four, now go inside and get your beauty sleep," He turns me around and smacks my butt.
"Liam!" I shriek.
"Just giving you a push," I hear him open his door, causing me to look back at him. "Bye babe," He gives me a cheeky smile. I stick my tongue out at him before walking towards the entrance of the building to go to mine and Ava's dorm. All the way to our door, I couldn't wipe away the giant smile on my face.
