I was still upset with Janet she just doesn't understand that I want to be more than just a housewife, so I'm doing a small gathering at a reception hall for a listening party tonight Janet of course is gonna be there but we are not talking to eachother we haven't had sex in forever.
I finished getting ready, it's hard to put on this smile when I'm not really happy with my marriage right now but I don't have a choice. I heard a knock at the door.
"Come in." I said the door opener & it was Brooke, she told me everything that happened she is really stupid for what she did Dani is on my shit list but hey I have enough problems.
"Wassup?"
"You look great sis I love the outfit." She smiled
"Thank you Girl you look gorgeous too, hopefully Robyn will talk to you tonight if she comes" she sighed.

"We good, I'm surprised she's coming I know we aren't on the best terms but we are a team." I smiled she nodded & hugged me.
"Sissy I fucked up so bad."
"It's okay Brookie just get her to here you out." She nodded.
"Okay let's go." I grabbed her hand & we walked out together to where the party was it was lit & Crowded with people more than i expected. I saw Janet & believe me she looked so good I could devour her.

She saw me & smiled shyly, Brooke was scanning the room looking.
"Girl you have a great turnout."
"I know, let's go have fun."
I walked over to Janet & dismissed the person she was talking to.
"I'm proud of you Cyn." She said looking me up & down.
"Thanks Jan." I smiled, I lend over & kissed her cheek.
"You know I love you right?"
"I know Jan, I just want you to be happy for me."
"I am okay I know I don't show it but I do." She touched my face.
"Listen we have a lot to talk about but not tonight, tonight is about you."
"No it's about us." I said smiling she grabbed my hand & we went mingled with the guest.
Hopefully things will only get better from here.

I know I fucked things up with my girl but I love her & I'm not giving up, Dani was a mistake that I regret no lie she wasn't anything special period.

"Naw you deserve more than that but you know what I'm not going to do this at your sisters event." I tried walking away but I grabbed her arm.
"I need you Robyn." She turned & looked at me She was about to say something but didn't.
"I can't do this with you anymore Brooke I'll still come & get our daughter but other than that we are done." So Sick by Ne-Yo started to play.
"Rob please don't do this"
"You already did it." She looked at me one more time before walking away.
