Chapter 13: Fun.

"Daddy!"

"Hello Li..oof." My father grunted as he was embraced in a tight hug.

"I was only gone for a few hours." He said, with a gentle smile.

"That's too long." I frowned, releasing him.

"I apologize for being gone so long."

"It's ok. It's not your fault, but since you're back can we take a walk in the fields? Pleeaaasse?" I begged, with my hands in a praying motion, while using my special power.

The puppy dog eyes.

He stared at me for a few moments with a blank expression, before sighing deeply with a sorrowful look.

"I'm sorry sweetspark. I would love to, but I have a meeting in 10 minutes." He said, placing his servo on my shoulder.

"But you just came back." I protested, with a small frown.

"I know, but I'm a bit busy at the moment."

I huffed, hanging my head low.

That's one thing you would expect from having the Autobot Leader as your father. He'd always be busy, so don't you won't expect to have a lot of time together.

And all of this is the Decepticon's fault. Apparently they can be a huge pain in the.........I didn't say anything.

"Ok." I mumbled.

"Hey." He gently placed his servo on my head and lifted my head up, flashing a soft smile.

"I know that I don't get to have any father bonding time with you and Bumblebee, but when Decepticon activity is low and the base is quiet and not busy, I promise to spend time with the both of you."

My frown immediately turned into a smile at his words.

Well I guess I can wait.

"Ok Dad." I chirped, before hopping up and kissing his cheek. He ruffled my hair and gave me one last smile, before walking off the attend to his Leader duties.

"Oh man. I really thought we could spend time tog......."

"Liz! Liz!"

I yelped as I was picked up and spun around, before being set on the ground again.

I turned around and glared at the 'bot who decided to scare me like that.

"Sideswipe? Sunstreaker?"

"Liz, Liz,Liz,Liz, Liz!"

"What? I'm right here!"

The two stared at me with joy and excitement. They were basically bouncing on their pedes and made no attempt to stop themselves.

"Ratchet just made the coolest thing ever!" Sideswipe cheered, grabbing my arm and shaking it in excitement.

"Guess what it is?"

I arched a brow in confusion at the two, before shrugging my shoulders, utterly confused.

"Just guess!"

"Um....I don't know...a upgrade to your alt form or something?"

"Close." Sideswipe said, hopping on his pedes.

"Just tell me!" I shouted. I was in no mood for any guessing games at the moment.

The two squealed in excitement, before transforming to their Lamborghini alt forms. I made a noise in confusion, before minimizing.
