Chapter 55: Back Here Again?

So

It's been about two and a half weeks and my body had fully healed from the Egypt incident.

Ratchet cleared me for...this human thing I don't like.....

School.

I told him I don't want to and he said I have no choice and just because I'm special and received a gift from the Primes doesn't mean I shouldn't miss out on the opportunity to learn more.

"I don't want to go it's boring! Can't you just teach me something here at the base?"

"I myself am still learning about this planet. I cannot teach you. If you want to fit in on this planet as a human then you must act like one and learn the culture."

"I don't want to."

"It's not up for discussion."

Just like that he ended the conversation and sent me off to bed that night. I quickly began to think up as many excuses as I could, but none of them would come through.

Should I wake up super early and hide somewhere on the base? And have Ratchet force Jazz the Spy to search for me who possibly knows all the good hiding spots on this base?

Pretend like I'm sick? Not with an expert of a medic around who can tell just by looking at me. Plus I rarely get sick. Becoming sick all of a sudden before school is quite suspicious don't ya think?

Beg? No. Maybe?

Primus really hates me right now.

The Next Morning

"Please no. Don't make me go." I begged for the fifth time as my arms were tugged again.

"Liza get up. You must go. Come on." Ironhide urged while trying to pull me from under the bundle of covers.

A tired moan sounded through the thick fabric. "Noooo."

"Liza."

"Hide, please."

"Get up. You have to go." IronHide demanded sternly, removing the covers from over my head.

"I don't wanna," I mumbled, shielding my eyes from the sunlight.

"You have no choice. Now, are you gonna get up or do I have to get you up myself?"

"I'll get up."

........

I heard him shift impatiently when I didn't move immediately.

Come on it's early. I'm no morning person even though I live on a secret base.

"Well?"

I sighed and knew there was no way out of this, but I continued to stall.

Like the stupid person I am.

"Listen, mate, can I at least get five more minutes-Hey!" I yelped as I was suddenly lifted off my warm comfortable bed and tucked under Ironhide's arm. "Put me down! This isn't fair!"

He strolled across the room and sat me down in the bathroom. "We're leaving in twenty Earth minutes. Be ready." Was all he said, before leaving.

Mean 'bot.

As much as I didn't want to I forced myself to continue on with my usual morning routine. Ugh, come on you should know it by now.
I took a quick shower then I got myself dressed into casual clothing. My regular hoodies and leggings.
