( This is now the precent day. The boys know everything that Tae has told them, and while he isn't done telling the story, they still meet up to talk about it. This is gonna be the last day in Spain. After this chapter we won't be going back to it unless I decide to mention it 🤡 sorry for being such a complex writer.)

Tae and the boys gather around him one last time at Jin's house. Since Jin had a bigger space and offered to cook dinner, the boys all decided to meet there. They all brought their stuff to help pitch in for Jin as things to cool. Once the food was ready the boys ate. Then after that they talked for a while and then decided to finally end up taking about Tae's trip to Spain.

Once the boys finished placing themselves all around Tae, they gave him their full attention.
"Alright guys. This is the LAST day of Spain and the LAST time I'm talking about it. Please hold all questions until the end. As soon as we all leave here I won't bring it up again unless I have to. Do you all agree?"
Tae scans the room while the boys just nod.
"Ok, then. I hope you brought your tissues ladies."
Tae grins.

(Flashback)

Tae looks at the tombstone. He slowly brushes some of the dust over her name. Jimin stands behind Taehyung. Jimin is actually quite surprised that Tae didn't run away or call him crazy for bringing them here. Jimin just watched Tae's movements. Jimin then heard sniffing from the younger. Jimins eyes widened. He never expected the younger to be so moved. Tae looks over at Jimin.
"Do you mind?"
Tae muttered.
Jimin raises an eyebrow.
"What?"
"I'd like to have a one on one with your mother, but you're still here."
"I- Tae you can't be-."
Tae looked at Jimin with the most stern face.
Jimin just sighed.

"Ok. I guess I'll wait for you in the car."
Jimin walks over to the car, keeping an eye on Tae. Unsure on what's about to happen, Jimin leans against the car and crosses his arms.
"Hi, Mrs. Park. I'm Kim Taehyung. I'd bow before you, but.."
Tae fixes his suit.
"I tried my best to look presentable. I know first impressions are everything."
Tae smile quickly fades as he remembered he forgot to take a breath mint.
"Oh. Im sorry my breath stinks let me just-."
Tae pops out a breath mint and puts the box away.
"I uh, actually had questions for you Mrs. Park. I know it sounds weird but I really wanted to get to know you and Jimin better. As you can tell, I have a big crush on your son. I'm a big fan of your work."
Tae smiles at his remark.
"Anyways, I guess it would be kind of pointless to ask you since you can't necessarily respond to me."
Tae rubs the nap of his neck before continuing.

"Mrs. Park. I need your help. I don't think I'm good enough for your son."
Tae looks down.
"It's just.. you raised him to be so nice. He's so kind and so smart. He's really funny and he's mentally stable. He works so hard. A bit too hard sometimes. He loves you so much Mrs. Park. You would be so proud of him, so so proud."
Tae's eyes are getting teary.
"Listen I know we missed the chance of meeting each other in person in this lifetime. But maybe we'll met each other again in the next. In my next life I would like to be reborn as a cherry tree. Come visit me sometime ok?"
Tae gets up. He's about to walk away. But he hesitates and turns around.
"You raised an amazing kid. And I hope one day we do meet. Until then Mrs. Park, take care."
Tae wipes his tears before walking towards the car.

Jimin looks up from his phone to find a puffy eyed Taehyung. Concern graces over Jimin's face as he approaches Tae.
"Oh, Tae are you crying?"
Jimin uses his thumbs to wipe off his tears.
"Let's go back ok?"
Tae smiles a weak smile. Jimin is not sure what just happened but nods and gets in the car. They make their way back.

The boys reached the hotel again. Jimin had his eyes on Tae the entire time they were in the car.
"Jimin."
Tae said softly.
Jimin blinks and looks at Tae.
"Do you think your mom would have liked me? If we actually got to meet of course."
Jimin grabs Tae's hand.
"She would have loved you Tae."
They boys make eye contact and hold their gaze. Julio then opens the door and the boys get out. They quickly make their way inside, passing through the press. The boys go inside and have lunch. They have a couple of drinks and talk for a long time. It's now 5:34. Tae suggests they end the day at the nice jacuzzi his room had. Jimin nodded and agreed to meet at Tae's in 10 minutes.

Tae hears a knock at the door. He speed-walks over to see Jimin smile. He looks past his face to see he has no shirt and low hanging shorts that expose his Vline. Tae's ears feel hot. He clears his throat.
"Come in."
Tae moves to the side and extends his arm.
Jimin smiles widely as he walks in.
Jimin walks over to the jacuzzi as he sees some wine and chocolate. Jimin laughs as he turns around to look at Tae who is busy taking off his shirt. Jimin gets flustered by the sudden realization that Tae is really attractive, like REALLY attractive. He always was but he looked like a baby to Jimin, but boy does his body say otherwise. Jimin analyzes Tae's body, looking at him up and down. Tae looks at Jimin and they hold eye contact for three seconds before Jimin looks away out of embarrassment.

"I need to fix my shorts real quick. I'll be right back."
Tae walks into the bathroom. Jimin looks out at the jacuzzi that lays on the other side of the screen door. Jimin steps outside and makes his way into the jacuzzi. He allows his body to get use to the heat before deciding to move to the other side of the jacuzzi, which gave off the whole view of the city. Jimin could pinpoint every place that Tae and him went on "little dates" with. The bookstore, the cafe, the museum, the planetarium, the cultural room. All their cute little memories. Jimin sighed a breath of relief.

He then hears the door slide open. Jimin turns around and looks at Tae. Jimin pushes his hair out of his face, which looks really 'sexy' to Tae. He slowly got closer and got into the jacuzzi. The boys look at each other and don't say a word. They share their moment a silent. It's then cut off by Tae, who offers Jimin a piece of chocolate.
"Want one?"
Tae grabs the box.
"Yea, sure."
Jimin swims over.
Tae grabs a piece and mouth feeds Jimin who smiled as he took a bite.
Jimin gets out of the jacuzzi and pulls out the wine. Jimin knows that Tae isn't the biggest fan so he pours his some sparkling water. Tae has been practically forcing himself to drink wine solemnly because he wanted to drink with Jimin.

"Hey, why didn't you give me wine?"
Tae asked, confused when he took a sip and didn't taste the wine.
"I think you've had enough to drink."
Jimin chimed.
"But you're drinking."
"But I can handle it."
"But I can handle it too!"
Tae pouted.
Jimin chucked at Tae's childish response. He got closer and leaned over Tae to squish his cheeks.
"You're such a babie."
Jimin cooed.
Taehyung dislikes the idea that Jimin views him as a kid.

Tae stood up and pulled Jimin in closer by the waist. Jimin places his hands on Tae's bare chest. With no where else to go, Jimin stares at Tae with doe eyes.
Tae's dark, seductive eyes and his dripping wet body doesn't prevent Jimin's face from turning red. Tae stares deeply into Jimins eyes. Tae leans in closer, and closer, and closer. Jimin panics and closes his eyes. Tae comes to a hult and takes a second to look at Jimin this close. All his features you can almost see all the flaws jimins doesn't have. Tae grins and plants a kiss on Jimin's forehead.
"You're my baby, actually."
