April 13

Before we begin, if you're sensitive to the subjects of sexual abuse and suicide, then this chapter may not be for you. Please, stay safe, and remember that everything that happens in this chapter via Kamoshida is not right. If you're suffering from suicidal thoughts, please, seek a therapist or call 1-800-273-8255, the suicide prevention hotline. Your life has luster and worth far beyond what you may think, and these people will help you realize that. Now, on with the chapter.

Sheila's POV

Sheila was well on her way to school, and was at that awkward moment after she left Ann but also before she met up with Madran and Suga. Due to this, she was usually confined to her thoughts or anyone who recognized her as 'that one model' and asked for an autograph.

"So, today's that volleyball thingy."

"It would appear so. Say, have you been able to talk with Ann much this week, aside from the train rides?"

"Eh, not really. She's been... quiet as of late."

"Also, we have a few days off for the Metaverse stuff. What did Philemon say again?"

"Well, Neffy, I really don't remember."

"Please stop calling me that, or I will assure you that all of my ailments hit the wall next to an enemy."

"Ok, fine..."

Sheila wracked her brain to remember what Philemon had said after they had gotten back from the bombastic infiltration, and eventually remembered something.

"Oh, right, he said that he's looking into other people around the Kamoshida case and is planning on recruiting them."

"I bet you 500 Yen that he's getting Ann."

"I better just pay in advance, heh heh."

The train ride finished a little after Madran and Suga had arrived and chatted with Sheila about random things that had happened, like how Suga learned how to administer "super effective" CPR, or Madran's plans for the next scene in her book she was writing. However, despite the craziness, everyone made it to school.

"Ugh, today's that tournament thing."

Rosana caught up with everyone.

"Ooh, el torneo de voleibol?"

"Huh...?"

"Um, tournament of volleyball, I think..."

"Yes, the tourney."

"Well, um, I don't like it or el maestro."

"Rosana, can you speak normal Japanese for at least two sentences?"

"What? It's fun seeing all of you so confused."

Rosana giggled and Suga shot a glare at her. They then passed by Kamoshida, and Rosana turned to him.

"Hola!"

"Oh, are you the new student?"

"Yo necesito ir. Adiós!"

Rosana giggled again before saying her farewells to Sheila, Madran, and Suga and running off.

"Well, uh, yeah! What she said."

Madran hurried off, leaving Suga and Sheila.

"Well, I'll see you in a few! Bye bye!"

Suga hugged Sheila and ran off. Sheila made sure to distance herself from Kamoshida and waited for Ann and Shiho to arrive. Eventually, they did, and Sheila greeted them.
