The Grand Masquerade

Madran, Elia, and Chicory reentered the Velvet Room, but found that nobody had finished yet. Elizabeth then looked them up and down and nodded.

"Wow, you look good! I guess my disguises worked well."

"Yeah, I like them."

Margaret then poked her head into the training hall.

"Philemon, are you ready?"

"Yes, I am."

Philemon then walked through in his outfit, with Madran gasping.

"Oh, my goodness, that looks..."

Philemon was wearing a very fancy white suit with longish coattails, a golden tie, and a blue undershirt that was barely visible. His pants were just as fancy and white, with a light blue butterfly decal on the right leg. His shoes looked to be dark blue and had small wing pins on their sides, and he held a cane, as if his leg had an issue. His ponytail remained, but mostly hid by a black and blue top hat that it was tucked into.

"You look great, my goodness!"

"Thank you. Now, we should wait for everyone else."

"Good idea."

The group then sat around until eventually, Rosana walked in.

"Hi! How is everyone?"

"Good. Wow, you look nice."

Rosana's disguise seemed to be a sharp biker outfit with a leather jacket that had several rainbow designs on it, a shirt that had a coloration that resembled the color of the Psi attacks, a black and pink helmet that completely hid her hair, spikes on her wrists and ankles, pointy pants that had pads on them that looked like they could cut Madran's fingers off, and bladed shoes.

"By the way, Elizabeth remembered to put in heelies!"

"Heelies?"

"Yeah, mom, they're, like, shoes, but skates."

"Cool."

"Yeah, I'm sitting down now." 

The group then waited forever before Maya walked into the room, causing loud clicking and clacking noises as she went.

"Wow, what shoes are you wearing-"

Madran did a double take, seeing Maya's new outfit. She was wearing a more ornamental disguise than everyone else, with a variety of blues coloring it. Her shirt part had many ice-like patterns on it, with a dress that opened at the front to show poofy pants with jingling icicle adornments on them. Her shoes were very pointy and looked to be made fully out of frozen water, with many icy veins traveling up to her sleeves. She wore her hair up in a small ponytail and had a square-like hat that had beads going down it as well as a purple and indigo fan.

"You look amazing, wow."

"Yeah, I like this whole Chinese princess aesthetic."

"It reminds me of Artemis a lot."

"Hey, I forgot one last item!"

Elizabeth then tossed a mask at Maya, with her catching it.

"Hmm... so, do I just put it over my face?"

"Yeah, but you can also, like, hang it on your dress."

Maya then put the mask on, with it fully covering her face.

"Wow, I can't see out of this at all."

Maya then hung it on her dress.

"Well, thank you for that. Now, for Suga and Sheila..."
