Madran arrived at school, with her being excited about the upcoming three-day break for Golden Week and also being excited about the change of heart. Once she got to school, she looked around for Kamoshida but didn't see him waiting at the entrance, or anywhere, as she soon found out. Due to this, she went up to a few students.

"Hey, have y'all seen Kamoshida?"

"Oh, hi, Madran-san. Um, no, he's been taking the last few days off."

Madran remembered yesterday, where Kamoshida also wasn't present.

"Ok, thanks!"

Madran ran off and grouped with Suga and Sheila.

"I think it worked!"

"It's worked four times before, so I wasn't too worried."

"Yeah, true."

"Hola, amigos!"

Rosana walked up to the group, with her presence being announced by her loud outburst.

"Oh, h-hi, Rosana."

"I heard that Kamoshida's been gone for awhile. Hey, that means more fun for Suga y mi!"

Madran found herself begin to be convinced that Rosana was mixing in Spanish with her conversations just to mess with people, and sighed.

"Well, yeah, that'll be nice. Oh, we're having an assembly today, so, Sheila, Rosana, Madran, be in the auditorium soon."

"Soon?"

"Yep, it's a morning thing. The girls in the nurse program are giving a little speech as well, so I knew ahead of time."

"Nice. Well, see ya soon!"

Madran walked off.

"Well, today's going to be wild."

"It would seem so."

Once school started, Madran went through her first block without many crazy things happening until near the end, everyone was called into the gym for the aforementioned assembly. Once Madran got there, she located Ann and Sheila, who were standing near the front of the crowd.

"Hi, guys!"

"Oh, hello again, Madran."

Madran saw that Ann looked incredibly nervous.

"Hey, I've done this several times before, and it works each time. Trust me."

Ann nodded and turned back to the podium. The principal had been waiting for everyone to arrive, and once they did, quieted the massive group of kids down.

"Alright, settle down, everyone. Just a few weeks ago..."

Madran found herself spacing out as the principal droned on about Shiho's attempt on her life and her very fast recovery, which got a few surprised reactions from the students. However, after more chatting with Nightingale and looking around, Sheila shook her.

"Hey, earth to Madran!"

"Oh, uh, hi."

"And, now, please welcome Suga Camas from the nursing wing of our school."

The principal stepped from the podium and Suga walked up with a sheet of paper and a very confident look.

"Thank you, Principal Kobayakawa."

Suga stepped up to the microphone and cleared her throat.

"As you're all aware, Shiho Suzui, a second year in our school, made an attempt on her life just a few weeks prior. Everyone must be feeling a mix of emotions, from-"
