Josh came back into the tent, only to be greeted by Kai and Linh.
"Hey! How was Jenna?" He asked.
Josh didn't reply.
"What about Lilac?" Linh asked. "Is she okay?"
Josh looked at her.
"The bruises will heal in time."
He walked passed her, and Linh started worrying.
"What do you mean the bruises will heal in time? Josh! What happened to her?!"
Josh turned back to her.
"All I can tell you is she'll need time to heal."
He turned away and went outside. Kai went after him.
"Is she hurt? Is she doing everything she can to survive?"
Still, Josh was silent.
"Josh, you have to tell me! It's the only way to help her-"
"Do you think she's okay?! She's fighting for her life! We have get her out of there before it's too late!"
"And we will! Trust me!"
"If Jenna didn't go through this in the first place, then we'd be saving Tyler by now!"
"We're going to rescue Tyler. Didn't I promise that already?!"
Josh didn't want to make himself more angered than he was before, though his frustration made him grow more hate for the leader, especially after learning about what happened to Lilac.
"Jenna will be saved, and the leader will be abolished. We just need to buy time."
Kai got up and went back inside.
As night grew, Josh looked up to the sky, beyond the mountains, seeing smoke arising from the horizon. He could picture the city of Dema before his eyes.
He started picturing memories. Memories of his beautiful flower, that just bloomed and became a beautiful little human, a sweet boy like Tyler Joseph.
Then the sad memories came, when Tyler told him about Dema, and how he couldn't hide because he knew they'd come for him, and they did.
Just as he thought about it, he pulled out the flower that he gave him, and looked upon it, seeing it's beautiful structure, and the yellow color.
Tyler always loved yellow.
Josh pressed the flower over his chest, and looked up to the stars in the sky.

He kissed the flower and placed it back in his pocket, then he went back into the tent.
