Beyond The Stars (UNDER REVISION)

Ragnarok

I want to take this moment to explain how the conjuring items magic works in this story. Picture a dark storage room. Like a pocket in the universe that is impossible to find. That's how I imagine it works for Loki (Because he has to hide the Tesseract where no one can find it), so that's how I use it in the story. Carry on!

I come to consciousness to see Asgard in front of me. I smile brightly looking at my home. "I never thought I'd be back here." 

"I thought it'd be a lot nicer. I mean, not that it's not nice, it's just, it's on fire." 

"Here, up in the mountains. Heat signatures. People clustered together. She's coming for them." 

"Okay, drop me off at the palace and I'll draw her away." 

"And get yourself killed?" We all turn to Thor. 

"The people trapped down there are all that matters. While I'm dealing with Hela, i need you three to help get everyone off Asgard." 

"How the hell are we supposed to do that?" 

"I have a man on the ground." 

I think for a second. "Heimdall? Is he safe? I haven't seen him since-" 

"I spoke to him this morning. He's safe... For now." I press my lips together, thinking of my friend. Once we park, Thor puts a gun on the ship. "There. Now the ship has a gun." 

"I'll take it from here." 

"I found, uh, this. In the armory." He places some clothing on the ground. "Good luck." 

"Your majesty!" The ship starts up. "Don't die. You know what I mean." 

I prepare for battle. I change into my armor and so does Valkyrie. I love hers more than I love mine. She cocks the gun and gets ready to fire. I draw my blades. We hover over the rainbow bridge, ready to attack. Eventually, that time comes. Valkyrie starts shooting at the large wolf. I see the group of soldiers at the other end of the bridge. "See you on the other side," I salute before jumping out of the ship. I land in a powerful stance in front of the Asgardians. 

"Heimdall! The sword!" Skurge yells. I begin fighting the soldiers. 

"We've got it over here. Go help Heimdall," One of the Asgardian warriors says. I nod and teleport to Heimdall. 

"Hello, dear friend," I smile at him. We both get ready to take down the wolf. Just as I take a fighting stance, I see something fall in front of it. "Bruce?" My voice cracks. The wolf steps over him and begins charging again. Heimdall and I both prepare to fight. Right before it reaches us, it gets pulls back. I see Hulk fighting the wolf. 'WAY TO GO, BIG GUY!" I yell at my green friend. He turns back and smiles at me before roaring at the wolf. More soldiers charge from the front, so Heimdall and I fight them off, side by side. "It's a gift to fight with you, friend." 

Suddenly, Heimdall is on his back. There's a blast and I see the attacker get blown to bits. "Hey, man. I'm Korg. This is Miek. We're gonna jump on that spaceship and get outta here. Wanna come?"

I turn to see the spaceship. "YOUR SAVIOR IS HERE!" I hear the voice I adore so much yell before I can see the man it comes from. "Did you miss me? Everyone on that ship, now!" 

He walks up to Heimdall and myself. "Welcome home. I saw you coming." 

"Of course you did." I feel tears well in my eyes. "Dri, lovely to see you again." 

"I knew it," I smile. "I knew you'd come back." I don't fight the tears this time. 

"Shh. Now isn't the time," He points to the people coming.
