MY EVIL PRINCESS: Chapter 9: The doubt of Tian Liam

PART 66 – THE WU MAGIC

-It's Wu magic! – She recognized it. – Like the magic in the Royal Garden.

She looked at the book and touched it, nothing happened, she guessed only when she wanted to open it, its magic would prevent her.

-Wait a minute, the vase wasn't in my room from the time Tian Liam had brought me back here.

-Yup, I brought it here for you! – A voice came from her back.

-Who are you? What do you want? – She turned back.

-I only need you to help me get the book out of the vase! – That man replied.

-It's you the mysterious man I saw some months ago!

-Good mind, you remember me, my Princess!

-You want to take the book, I won't let you...

The man pointed a finger on her forehead making her fall down to the ground before she could finish her sentence. He then walked closer to the book and touched it. A wave of magic spread out of the book and pushed the man away of the table.

-My Princess! – Ah Jiang walked passing her room and saw the man. – There's an assassin! There's an assassin!

She shouted out loud and the soldiers heard her voice. The man looked at the book one more time before getting out of the room and flew up to the wall and ran away from the Palace. The Soldier General and some soldiers got to Ah Jiang's place.

-Ah Jiang, what happened? Where's the assassin?

-He has just ... flown out of the Palace. – Ah Jiang was still in surprise with what she just witnessed.

-Fly out? – The General also surprised.

-Yup, he flew up to the wall and just flew out of the palace. – Ah Jiang assured. – I don't lie, My General!

-How about Hou Lei? Is she okay?

-I don't know, I just passed here and saw him in the room so I shouted out for help.

-You. – The General turned to a soldier. – Go to meet the Third Prince and inform him about this.

Mr. Hu and Ah Jiang got into her room, the book created itself a cover of magic and did not let other people see it. They helped Hou Lei got onto her bed. Ah Jiang ran to find the doctor for checking her health. Tian Liam was reading some documents of the government's works, he stopped when hearing the soldier knocked on his door:

-My Prince! There is an important thing!

-You can get in! – He replied. – What happened?

-There was an assassin and he seemed to attack the Princess!

-Huh? – He stood up immediately. – Is Hou Lei okay?

-I don't know, my Prince, the Soldier General is investigating there.

-Okay, come with me there, now!

Tian Liam grabbed a coat right beside the table he had sat before and worn it, then ran to Hou Lei's room with the soldier. The doctor finished his check to Hou Lei.

-She is okay now. – The doctor said. – She was exhausted and very tired, her pulse is a little bit weak. The assassin might cut on her hand, I have bandaged her wound.
