It first started on a cold night in September at 11:23pm.

Peter Parker and Tony Stark were drinking juice boxes and eating gold fish. (tH3 sNaCk ThAt sMiL3S bAcK)

That's when it happened.

Peter let out a ghostly gasp as eyes filled with horror, he let out a shrill cry.

Tony looked towards his son but not official son and asked him what was wrong.

"Where are the blankets, I'm cold." Peter asked, staring adorably at Tony.

Tony laughed and tugged off his hoodie, giving it to the boy.

"I don't feel like getting up." Tony stated, shrugging, when the boy continued to stare at him.

Peter smiled and rolled his eyes at his mentor, but put on the hoodie that was given to him none the less.

Tony has never gotten that hoodie back, and he's okay with that.

The second time it happened Tony accidentally picked up Peter's shirt from the dryer instead of his.

It was an honest mistake and he didn't realize he had on a different shirt until he was asked about it while walking through the streets of New York.

"Nice shirt, Mr. Stark! Where did you get it?" A random reporter yelled at him.

Tony resisted the urge to smack the reporter for scaring the shit out of him, because then he would have to face a law suit. He would win of course but that's besides the point.

Not knowing which of his shirts he was wearing, he looked down to see.

That's when he noticed he was wearing Peter's 'find X' shirt. He smiled internally, this kid and his science pun shirts.

"Walmart," with that Tony went on his merry way. Suddenly feeling happier than usual.

He just sighed when he saw the news article later.

TONY STARK WEARS WALMART CLOTHES??!

Now after these incidents, the two just picked up a habit of taking each other shirts and hoodies without asking.

No one noticed the two stealing each others clothes that weren't close family and friends. The two themselves didn't really notice what they were doing either.

Because honestly no one cared, and it would have stayed that way.

But alas, people just love to stick their noses into other people's business.

Tony had accidently worn Peter's decathlon hoodie. (I know it's a jacket but I'm making it a hoodie because I have author powers.)

He didn't really notice it, he just saw a yellow hoodie on Peter's bed when he was bringing a basket of laundry to his kids room. (because he's totally turned into a mom)

Tony was just naturally attracted to the warm looking hoodie and put it on. The hoodie was indeed very warm, and smelled just like his kid.

Tony smiled and decided to wear the hoodie for the day, because why not.

Plus it was very cold and this hoodie was very warm, and it smelled like Peter.

Tony never looked to see what design was on the hoodie, because he didn't really care. All he cared about was that it was warm and smelled like Peter.
