"who allowed you to act all lovey dovey on tv?" said dahyun, as she pouted at me. i then chuckled, as i patted the spot next to me.

we were in our dorm, and dahyun decided to pay a visit. actually, my unnies were away and were filming for their solo albums, and i was glad that i was done with mine. although i was on a hiatus as the album was released and finished the promotions through social media, i was happy that our fans loved it and even said that they wanted more.

as dahyun sat down next to me, she grinned at me mischievously.

"has he kissed you, yet?" she asked, making me widen my eyes and then shake my head rapidly.

"y-yah! what are you saying?! yaaaaaah!" i said, and then she looked at me weirdly.

"eh, seriously? you've got a boring relationship, then. you've been dating for six months and no action? ehh, how boring-" said dahyun, but then the door to our dorm suddenly opened to reveal donghyuk with jaemin unnie.

both dahyun and i were surprised, but jaemin unnie was smirking at us. donghyuk then gave me a smile, and i suddenly remembered when we argued earlier before the filming of running man. we still haven't talked about it, but i wanted to. i wanted to clear things out with him so that i can clear out these feelings as well.

i then looked down at what donghyuk was holding, and was surprised to see a snake plushie, and a box of chocolates. i widened my eyes and then looked away, but jaemin unnie laughed at me.

"i stumbled across a wild donghyuk on my way here. he said he's been waiting for half an hour outside because he didn't  know how to approach you after what happened earlier," jaemin unnie said, and i looked at donghyuk. he looked away, and then i heard dahyun snickering beside me.

"what happened earlier?" asked dahyun, and as i was about to answer, donghyuk answered first.

"we had a little argument before the filming. i was overthinking and was jealous so i said a few words. will you forgive me?" asked donghyuk, and i felt my cheeks heat up, especially when he gave me the snake plush. omooooo!

i took the snake plush, and then hugged it, before they all either laughed or chuckled. just as i was about to speak, dahyun told us that she had to go home now.

"jihyo unnie is looking for me. i have to go now. by the way, donghyuk, take care of sooji, okay? that's my friend we are talking about," said dahyun, and i smiled at her before she did the same.

jaemin unnie then excused herself, then went upstairs to her room. so, i was left down here with donghyuk. it was awkward at first, until he cleared his throat.

i looked at him, and then he pouted. i pouted as well, and then looked away, making him chuckle.

"you're cute. i like that," he said, making me blush so i hid my face.

"y-yah, stop it! i'm not. aish, kim donghyuk, stop it, you're making me feel things," i said, hiding my face even more.

i then felt the spot next to me dip, meaning that he sat down next to me. my heart was starting to race as i started thinking of so many possibilities. what if all of these were real? are these fake? is donghyuk even here because of himself, or as a part of acting, too?

the warmth of his hands then touched my wrists, so i widened my eyes and then froze. he removed my hands away from me, exposing my reddened face to him. he gave me a soft smile before kissing my forehead.

"i'm sorry about earlier. they're your friends. you were right, i had no right to feel jealous or something. besides, i'm not even sure if you like me the same way i like you, so i don't have the right to react that way-"

"i like you, donghyuk, but i'm scared that all of this is fake, like how ceo made it to be. i'm scared that all of your actions are just a stunt-"

i widened my eyes at what he did the next. he placed his lips against mine, making me flutter my eyes close.  started kissing back, and the next thing i knew, our hearts were beating as one.

the way his lips were soft against mine calmed me, the same way his hands enveloped me in a comforting hug.

"e-eh?! donghyuk?! sooji?! go get a room, you freaks!"

i widened my eyes, and then donghyuk and i pulled away from each other. oh my god.

"m-minsoo unnieeee!"
