Chapter 25. Come To Marraige- I want you

It was the weekend after the date, we went on. And those two days she has been with me all day.

It was really good, getting to spend time with her.

This morning by the time I came back from my jogging, I saw someone sitting on my porch.

"Ela"

"Hey good morning Leo." She greeted me standing up.

"Hey, hi" I said back nervously.

"Go and make me breakfast, now" she ordered.

That brought a smile to my lips.

"Sure. Come in" I said opening my door.

She stepped in.

I went into my kitchen, washed my hands and started grabbing the things I needed for breakfast.

As I swiftly cooked, all the while Ela watched me. I was comfortable with it.

After I finished, I put them on plates for me and her.

I placed hers in front of her and sat opposite to her.

She took a bite. "Oh this is yummy. Your food tastes better than anyone I tasted from."

"Perks of being a loner. You have to cook for yourself and you become an expert in it." I said.

And when I saw her looking at me, I realised I said a little too much.

"Oh no, it is not like I'm sad or anything. I'm just saying the positive side of it".

"Nobody blames you for being sad Leo. You have not failed in your life because of your problems. You stood up strong. That reason alone tells me, you have every right to be sad whenever you want to be" she said with  a soft tone, it made me think about her parents.

I really wanted to ask her. But I still felt it was something I shouldn't touch, yet.

Then when we finished eating she finally stood up "ok then, I will meet you soon, ok" she said. I nodded and she was gone before I could ask how soon.

I then washed the dishes. I should go shopping tomorrow. Mental note done.

I went to my room and got out after getting freshened and ready for the office.

I wore my suit and came out to my car.

And when I reached my office, I saw Ela standing near the car parking.

Was this what she meant by soon.?

"Let's get in," she said as I just stared at her.

I was just surprised that she was there. I think the last week of not seeing her really affected me.

As we went on with the day, with Ela helping me, I felt happy. Like I finally got comfortable in my chair, which was really irritating me in the past week.

I can only laugh at myself from my thoughts.

Max, Sudhakar, Ela and I went to lunch.

I think today was too calm.

And that was a mistake to say.

"We are dating now".

It was Ela, who said that with a high and hard voice.

Rose, who was serving us right now, looked near to tears hearing Ela.

She escaped from there, as fast as she could.

I sighed and almost glared at Ela. Almost was the key point there.

I stood up. Ela gave me a look.
