Chapter 31 I Hope I Will Forever Be

Ela's POV

Definitely not in this life, but in my previous life I must have done good deeds to deserve this.

Leo was sleeping in my hands.

He was in my hands.

But most importantly, I was near him.

I hope I will forever be.

I know there were still so many things still left unsettled, and were getting ignored between us.

And if that day ever comes of confronting them, what will be going to happen?

Will he leave me?

Even thinking about it, makes me want to tighten my hold on him here, to not let the future him go. Foolish, I know but I still felt like doing it.

He was my life. I can't leave him even if someone says they will kill me.

I tightened my hands around him. Foolish! Who cares!

His head was nestled in my chest and his hand around me, sleeping peacefully after all that kissing.

I kissed his hair. "I love you. You are mine. I will be with you forever, it's my promise."

I was awake before he was.

Even though it was the best environment to sleep with my lovely Leo beside me, still the danger to Leo kept me on my toes.

I have to go back soon, and talk about the important matters.

Leo was too precious to me, to take light of any matter regarding him.

But I don't like moving away from him. When he was around me like this. When he was so cutely pressed into my embrace.

I smiled. He slowly came out of his sleep.

He took his face out of my chest and yawned lightly, and half opened eyes. He blinked his eyes adjusting to the light.

So cute. My Leo. So beautiful.

His beautiful green eyes focused on me and he looked shy and looked away.

I pulled him towards me with my hands that were around him, so that our faces were inches away and his eyes had no way but to look into my eyes.

"Morning, my handsome Leo" I whispered softly.

"M-morning"he stuttered shyly "Ela" he said with a voice sounding sleepy that it was smooth and softer than cotton.

I gulped. I cannot stop myself, but kiss my Leo.

He kissed me back. I hummed.

We broke off the kiss and I looked at him with my heart overflowing with love.

It was too hard being with Leo and controlling myself. I want to drown him in love, and want to drown in it too.

I don't know which I want more. Maybe both.

"My Leo," I said back.

"Yes Ela" he responded with that heart stopping voice.

"You look so adorable, when and after you wake up"

"Adorable?" He blushed.

"Mmm" I kissed him again. He moved his soft lips too.

I moaned. This was heaven.

"This is heaven" I said into the kiss.

"Huh?" He broke the kiss and his eyebrows furrowed, not catching what I said into the kiss.
