Demi's POV

i handed my guitar to the crew member and saw gemma cover her eyes to get rid of her happy tears, well i hope their happy tears. well anyway this was perfect timing. i stepped closer to her and got the engagment ring out of my jacket pocket. i got down on one knee and the audience started tocheer louder than they had before. i opened the box and waited for gemma to look at me.

when she did she looked straight ahead, obviously not noticing that i was now down here. she slowly looked down at my face then her eyes landed on the ring i was holding. her eyes were as wide as joeys are on friends. she didnt move though, she was frozen. i brought the mic tomy mouth an started to speak.

D - gemma i love you, more than i ever thought i could love anyone ever. i want to spend the rest of my life with you. will you make me the happiest person alive, gemma will you marry me?

she still didnt move for a few moments. people were screaming 'YES' i started to wonder if i had done the right thing. what if she dont want to yet? have i put her under too much preasure infront of all these people?

she seemed to snap out of whatever world she was in and shook her as if to put her thoughts together. she looked me dead i the eyes, her eyes were bright green right now thats a good sign. as she stared into my eyes her smile apeared and kept growing. which made mine grow also. she brouht her own mic to her lips and said,

G - was that supposed to be am question, YES!

everyones cheers errupted as i slid the ring on her funger after aking her promise ring off and repacing it with the diamond rng i bought, gemma took the other ring back thhough and put in on her other hand. i stood up and gemma pulled me into a long pasionate kiss. everything around us just muted. it was just us two.

we walked backstage and i just hugged her tight, and she hugged me back just as tight. we was sood there for ages, she kissed my cheek and spoke.

G - your mean you know that right? i pulled back from the hug and looked at her confused.

D - what do you mean?

G - i wanted to be the one to propose haha, i laughed at her and hugged her again.

D - well sorry i got there first, i said against her neck and i felt her shiver which caused me to smile more than i already was if that was even possible.

G - well i hate to ruin our moment but we have to get back to our seats, i pouted but nodded and followed her back out.

a bunch of people came up to us to congradulate us and to look at gemmas ring, a bunch of people also said that they thought gemma would be the one to propose, all of which gemma replied that she wanted to but i beat her to it. gaga came up to me too to say how amazing it was and i almost fainted, i mean its the lady gaga coming up to me to compliment me like omg. funny thing is that gemma never fangirls. its like she already knows everyone already. i will find out who makes her fangirl though i can promise you that. we do have the oscars coming up soon and gemma hs been invited to anounce an award so we will be meeting alot of people and i will find her fangirl.

we got home and i had marissa come in and put rose petals everywhere, gemma looked at me with tears in her eyes. i went to speak but she stopped me with a kiss and picking me up and carrying me up satirs.

i woke up the next morning and turned over to cuddle into gemma but i was greeted with an empty bed. i sat up rubbing my eyes. a cold breeze hit my chest, i looked down and realised i was still naked. i ran my hand through my hair and smiled as memories of last night filled my mind, she said yes! she has litterally made me the happiest girl alive right now.
