— 8 slices sourdough bread
— 4 eggs
— 1/2 cup vanilla creamer or 1/2 cup milk w/ 2 tsp pure vanilla extract mixed in
— 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
— 1/2 tsp ground cinnamonINSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat your skillet to 350°F.
2. Whisk together the eggs, vanilla creamer, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until well combined.
3. Coat the griddle with butter or non-stick cooking spray, then dip each slice of sourdough bread into the egg mixture and place it on the hot griddle.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
5. Before flipping, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon onto each slice.
6. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
