INGREDIENTS
4 large avocados
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 jalapeño (seeded and diced)
1/4 cup cilantro (optional)
2 limes (juiced)
Pinch kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the avocado meat from the pit and skin.
2. Mash up with the back of a fork until creamy but still a little chunky.
3. Add tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
4. Taste to season with kosher salt.
5. Serve and enjoy!
