— 1 cup dry pasta (cooked)
— 6 slices thick cut bacon or bacon bits
— 1 TBS bacon grease (optional)
— 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
— 1/4 cup red onions (thinly sliced)
— 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
— 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce (I prefer iceberg)
— Salt and pepper to taste
— 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
— 1 cup croutons (optional)INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook pasta to packaged instructions, drain and set aside.
2. Cook bacon, leaving 1 TBS bacon grease (optional).
3. Transfer cooled pasta to a bowl and toss with bacon grease until evenly combined.
4. Add rest of Ingredients and stir thoroughly until evenly combined.
5. Add dressing and toss again until evenly combined.
