INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4-1/2 cup water if mixture is very thick (optional)
1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
2 TBS chia seeds
3/4 cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats in a pint sized jar. Preferably let sit in fridge overnight or at least 2 hours.
2. Serve cold and enjoy!

1/2 cup Silk® Almond milk
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or freshly grated apple
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a container with a lid.
2. Fasten lid and shake until combined.
3. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
4. Serve cold or warm and enjoy!
