— 1 cup half and half
— 4 oz Velveeta (cubed)
— 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
— 1 cup fresh salsa
— 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
— 1/2 tsp garlic salt (or fresh minced garlic)
— 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
— 1/4 tsp ground cumin
— 1/4 tsp chili powder
— Tortilla chipsINSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the half and half in a medium sauce pan.
2. Add the Velveeta, cheddar and cream cheese. Mix until all cheese are melted.
3. Add in the salsa, garlic salt, cayenne, cumin and chili powder. Mix until combine.
