How could this have happened? I actually thought we had something special. I've admired him for so long and it was amazing that he actually liked me back. I just don't understand....heck then again I'm no super soldier. I'm just some agent. I guess I see now why he did what he did.

I'll never forget when I first met him and how it changed my life in more ways than I thought. I just wished it stayed good.

Flashback

"I-i can't believe it...I'm actually meeting The Captain America!"

Excitement was flowing within me. I've been a fan of him for so long and now he's standing right in front of me! Gosh he's even handsome when unfrozen.

"Please just call me Steve"
Steve smiles.

"Can I take a picture with you?"
I had my phone already out and ready for a picture.

"Sure, fine with me"

Steve, such an amazing name. Course I already knew his name, Not to be weird! I am an agent after all and I gotta know these things.

I raised the phone at a perfect angle and smiled at the camera as Steve did so as well. I couldn't help but blush after seeing that smile of his.

I took the picture and thanked him for allowing me to take it.

I think he must've noticed my blushing because he started to laugh a little.

"Your blushing"

"What?--I- no I'm not"
Dammit keep it together Coulson.

He started to chuckle, I hope I'm not embarrassing myself.

"Its kinda cute"

Wait....DID HE JUST SAY CUTE? oh gosh calm yourself Phil.

Then Fury had approached us.

"Captain I'd like a word with you"

Steve nodded at his direction and faced me again.
"Let's talk later"

I smiled at him, hopefully I can contain my blushing.
"I'd like that"

Later 

I pulled out a phase two prototype weapon and aimed it at Loki. I honestly didn't know what it does but it wouldn't hurt to know and it wouldn't hurt to try.

"You're going to end this. Your gonna get Thor out, go back in there and tell us where the Tesseract is"

"Love to but right now I'm rather occupied"

I was confused until I felt a sharp pain go through me.

I heard Thor screaming as I was sent to the wall. I slumped down and tried to keep my breathing steady as best as I could.

Suddenly I see Loki open the hatch sending Thor down off the ship still inside the glass cell.

I decided to speak up to him.

"Your gonna lose, it's in your nature as a villain"

"Your hero's are out of place, I see no disadvantage for me"

"I do, and its lacking conviction"

Loki started to get confused.

"I don't think I--"
