Reflection
Listen little spring
in the winter snow
Melt down as you
Join the waters
Grow to carry
with greater strength
all the years
you must
An eon passing
in a heart so young
gathers the shore
and all its roots
Where rivers start
and waters fall
The sunlight gleam
reveals
A bed of stones
Smooth; they shine
with eternal secrets
at our feet
The guardians pause
in their reflection
to consider
our decisions
