what am i to you?

since the beginning of time,

i always believe that we are meant to be together,

like two love birds flitting in the sky.

i always count on the fact that we are made for one another

since i was just a young girl.

you can feel the chemistry between us

if you have no clue about that,

for other girls have been wishing that we break up.

you should know better than that

because i can see that they don't want your heart.

from the way you gaze at other girls,

i begin to worry that I am not

your soulmate.

i am asking you again if i am

the one who you truly love.

am I

just a good friend

or am I

your girlfriend?

what am I to you?
