First Sight - Haiku, Tanka, and Cinquian

I have fallen for you

The moment when I saw you

For the first time.

As the scene went on,

I was taking a walk on

The concrete sidewalk,

Seeing the petals dancing above

In the cerulean blue skies.

The birds were singing

The pleasant overture that

I kept on humming.

Not long afterwards,

I saw you, gazing at me

Among the pink trees.

Your loving eyes could

Melt my heart of rusty steel

When fire could not.

Your friendly smile could

Thaw the coldest parts of me

When the sun could not.

As we embraced each other

At first sight...

Loving

Cliché, but true

Hugging, kissing, smiling

Butterflies were dancing inside

Doting

While both of us got lost in each other's sights...

Doting

Butterflies were dancing inside

Hugging, kissing, smiling

Cliché, but true

Loving

At first sight

As we embraced each other.

When the sun could not

Thaw the coldest parts of me,

Your friendly smile could.

When fire could not,

Melt my heart of rusty steel,

Your loving eyes could.

Among the pink trees,

I saw you, gazing at me,

Not long afterwards.

I kept on humming

The pleasant overture that

The birds were singing

In the cerulean blue skies,

Seeing the petals dancing above

The concrete sidewalk

I was taking a walk on

As the scene went on.

For the first time,

The moment when I saw you,

I have fallen for you.
