Don't Let Them Form You

Don't let them form you.

Only one person can and that's you.

Never let them undermine you.

Tell them, to go forth and multiply this life belongs to you.

Leave the doubters behind you.

Enter the world, in front of you.

Try it on for size, such a smooth fit, it was tailor-made for you.

Tear up the rule book and use it to fuel the fire that feeds you.

Here the voice forged in the inferno raging deep inside of you.

Expect nothing to come easy, be prepared to fight for you.

Many weaker children have craven false Gods before you.

From the gutters, they were resurrected, just like you.

Only one mind stands in your way and that belongs to you.

Resist the devilish temptations set before you.

Make sure your true God comes from within you.

Your destiny was passed from mother to mother, it will find its way to you.

Only time will gauge your fortitude, but right now it's up to you.

Under no circumstance look back with regret, look in the mirror with pride and say aloud "I formed you".

Footnote: It's dark, it's themed for children and not much of a nursery rhyme (more of a mid-school rhyme), but it follows my primary 'Godly' theme so I'm sticking with it.  I guess it's more of a tribute to Pink Floyd and those 'Dark Sardonic Classrooms', they were called 'Forms' at my school, "I wonder why?"
