there once was a town called Derry
where kids were joyous and merry
but then a clown arrived
in the sewers It did hide
made a snack out of poor Georgie
Then happened one thing It didn't foresee
Half- baked heroes took a stand,
Everything It Is, undone by belief
Lives lost
Oaths fulfilled
Severed ties, unsevered
Everything worth remembering,
Remembered.
Salvation from fear, freedoms earned
battle-worn wheels flying
a childhood, re- lived
Hi-yo Silver, Away!
