Odd circumstances (Human!Seidou x Kanae/Karren) -Reunion Ending

Seidou is quickly making his way to Karren's cell. 'Karren... Please God, let this plan work.'

Seidou makes it to the Rosewald's cell. He sees her and she sees him.

"Sei! You're here!" "Shh ssshh... Quiet, we don't want to get caught..." Seidou places his hand onto the glass and Karren does the same thing. Karren sighs with frustration. "How am I going to get out of here...?"

Seidou looks at her with worry. "A friend of mine is meeting us here, maybe he'll know..."

Although Seidou could try messing with the control panel near the door, he didn't want to take the risk of some kind of alarm going off.

Karren sighs. "I knew you would come for me..." Seidou smiles warmly. "I'm glad I did, and I'm glad I have friends to help me with it too..."

Within no time, Hide makes it.

"Seidou!" "Hideyoshi!" "Sorry I took a while, but-!" Hide catches a glance at Karren. "Oh hey, you must be Seidou's girlfriend!" Both Karren and Seidou blushes immensely from Hide's blunt statement. Seidou clears his throat.

"Karren, this is Hideyoshi. Hideyoshi, Karren..." Seidou introduces the two to one another. "Seidou said a lot about you... You're the one that got him to come out about liking ghouls, right?" Karren asks Hide. "Uhh...I guess?" "Karren!" Karren laughs. "Oh, I'm just joking..."

"Enough about that, Hideyoshi! How can we break Karren out?" "She uses her kagune." "Excuse me?" Both Karren and Seidou ask. Hide chuckles. "The whole place is shutting down, what makes you think that there'll be an alarm?" Seidou blushes in embarrassment.

Seidou looks over at Karren, giving her a nod of approval. Karren releases her kagune, then takes down the door. "I-I'm free... I'm free!" She runs out of her room, then tackles down Seidou.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Karren and Seidou lay there for a moment before quickly getting back up.

"Sei...I'm free." "Not yet... Kari." Both Hide and Karren stare in confusion. "Kari...?" "It's my new nickname for you..."

Hide smiles slightly. "Look at that, you two have your own nicknames for each other."

Seidou smiles, wrapping his arms around his Kari. She does the same thing in return. Seidou lifts Karren up, with her feet mere inches from the floor. Hide looks away blushing. "I'll...give you two a moment..."

Once they're finished and Karren gets her stuff, Hide gives them the breakdown. "Alright, here's the plan..."

Time skip

"Are we getting closer...?" Asks Karren. "Almost, trust me." Seidou, Karren and Hide have been crawling within the ventilation system to have a stealthy method of getting to the exit.

"But the thing about this vent, it doesn't directly have an exit. You would have to get out at the dead end and make your way from the exit that way." Seidou and Karren sigh.

"Hideyoshi, will you come with us...?" Asks Seidou. "For a certain time yes, but we can't be seen together for too long..." Seidou nods without Hide seeing it. "Oh, and Hideyoshi? Thanks..." Hide smiles warmly. "That's what friends are for..."

Finally they make it to the end.

"Hideyoshi, is it alright to go out there...?" Hide scouts the area through the gaps within the vents. He looks back at Seidou and Karren.

Hide nods. "It's alright, we're safe." Hide opens up the vent. "Alright guys, let's go." Hide gets out from the vent.

Seidou prepares to follow right behind Hide, but Karren grabs onto his hand. Seidou looks over at her in a questioning manner. "Kari...?" "Sei...where can I go...? I can't go back to the place I belong." Seidou places his second hand on top of Karren's hand. Seidou thinks for a while, trying to remember little details from his time with her.
