"Krystal, please check the door. I think Rosa is here already." I shouted from my room when I heard the doorbell ring.
"Don't worry girls, I've got it." Dad answered and I heard the door open to Rosa squealing.
"Whoa! Oh my gosh! You look ravishing, Mr Ethan." Rosa sang. "Good evening."
"Good evening, Rosa." Dad's voice came. "You're not bad yourself. How are you doing these days?"
"I'm good. And you?"
"Fine, I guess. How about your parents?" Ethan asked, offering her a cup of coffee.
"Living in their world but overall they are fine. Thanks for the coffee." She smiled.
"You're welcome." He replied.
"Where are the girls though?"
"They are in their room, expecting you."
"Okay. I'll let you be then." She answered, ascending the stairs towards the room. "See you later."
Ethan gave a nod as he watched her hop her way through the stairs.
"Hello, girls!! She greeted smiling. "I come bearing gifts. Now, who's ready for them?" She grinned and raised the bags she brought.
Krystal turned and smiled at her. "Good evening, Rosa."
"Good evening," I replied, hopping off my bed. I eyed the bags she brought with her. "You went shopping without us?"
"Yeah." I frowned. "In my defence," She stated. "I called you but got no answer. So I assumed that you were probably busy or asleep."
At that, I looked at my phone and indeed saw her missed calls. "Well, what I can say." I shrugged.
"You can say nothing because I'm right." She smiled, dismissing me with a wave of her hand. "Never mind, who's ready for some party tonight!!" She shouted.
"I am!!" Krystal squealed and stood up from where she was seated in front of the study table, "Scratch that, we are ready. Now, let's see what we've got here." She said, rummaging through the bags.
"Well, I kinda got us matching colours for this occasion." Rosa said a satisfied smile on her face.
"Going clubbing isn't some kind of occasion, Rosa." I muttered lowly and randomly picked a bag out of the ones she brought and checked the dress in it.
"Sis, when was the last time you went clubbing?" Krystal asked.
Rosa glanced at her. "Please my dear, remind her." She walked past me to the bed. "Don't be such a killjoy, Kiara. Let's live in the moment without thinking about it." She said and threw herself on the bed.
I exhaled, rolling my eyes. "I don't want to die yet. I love my life." I said, placing my hand on my chest. "How about we check these out?"
She raised her head from the bed and smiled victoriously at me. "Now, you're talking. Just so you know, I'm taking the third bag."
"Wow, they are beautiful." Krystal said in awe, holding one of the dresses in her hands. "Gosh! I love your sense of fashion. It's superb and oh my! I'm so loving the colour combo."
"Oh dear, you just immortalized me." She sat up and placed a pillow on her lap. "I appreciate though, they are just simple outfits."
"Dude, you call these simple," I raised a brow at her. "These are classic. I'm taking this one." I smiled and collected the pink bag.
"I wanted to take that one." Krystal sulked.
"Oops." I stuck my tongue out at her. She looked at me and huffed.
