After the activities of the day, we finally got a chance to take a break –that's on my own side, other managers were still running hither and yon, hence giving me the opportunity to fully observe my environment –the set.

I had to give it to the organizers, production team and the entire crew for their creativity. It wasn't easy coming up with such nice and creative ideas. It took a whole lot of effort and brain to bring it to reality.

I watched as the latest model got on stage and struck a pose as per the director's order, make up artists and fashion stylists running around to make sure everything was in order with their models, photographers taking pictures from different angles and the cameramen do their thing. It was a definition of busy.

The stage was designed with beautiful bright colours, flashlights and HD cameras were positioned at different angles and with music playing on the background to lighten the mood. Right now, Bazzi's beautiful featuring Camella Cabello was playing and it was truly beautiful.

"She's got a pretty nice pose." Adrian remarked. "The picture is going to come out fine."

I jumped at his voice, "Jeez!" I exclaimed, placing a hand on my chest. "How many times have I told you to stop sneaking up on people." I glared at him.

He folded his arms and gave me a dry look. "I didn't sneak up on you." He said. "I've being here for some time now, you were just so into your thoughts that you failed to notice my presence."

I lowered my gaze and brought it back to the stage –he was right.

"Yeah." I answered. "She looks like a pro."

He exhaled and shook his head tiredly.

I turned and appraised him, rolling my tongue. "You look tired, you should take a break."

"I am on a break." He pointed out.

I shot him a look. "I know you're on a break." I scoffed. "You've being walking here and there with that iPad." I pointed at the iPad in his hand. "You should rest and let me handle things."

He sighed. "Are you hungry?"

"Hell yes." I answered. "I am."

A slight smile pulled on his lips. "What would you like for lunch?" He asked, staring at the stage.

"Coffee and some snacks."

He glanced at me from the corner of his eyes. "Coffee," he frowned. "I thought you weren't a fan of coffee?

I shrugged. "Guess, I need to renew my energy."

"If you say so." He nodded. "What about snacks? What's your choice?"

I pursed my lips in thought. "Mhmn... I don't know," I muttered, staring at him. "You decide."

"Okay." He stretched out his hand, holding the iPad. "Take." He said.

I took it from him and took a cursory glance at the stage. "Where is Ian?" I asked.

"He's in the dressing room." He looked with squinted eyes behind me. "He should be out by now." He muttered and brought his gaze back to me. "Did you keep a seat for him?"

"Yeah." I answered. "It's right here."

He shook his head and exhaled for the umpteenth time. "I should get going."

I shook my head, blinking at him. "Yeah, you should." I smiled, coyly.

He chuckled, softly at my antic. "I don't think they'll need our attention any time soon but if they do and it gets tough, you need my help, call me. Okay."
